Modern & clean business hotel with very competitive rates, (by European standards), although a bit let down by some faulty items requiring attention in the room, with scales provided in bathroom which didn't work, as well as one reading light and loose toilet seat too. Breakfast also just OK, and could be better, especially the eggs and by also offering bacon too? Service was generally very good though, rooms clean and tidy and WIFI worked seamlessly, not to mention its great & convenient location and just with a few tweaks could easily be a four star rating.

This hotel is remarkably well located. The city centre is only a few minutes walk away. We arrived early so went to the bar and had a drink. The bar staff were friendly and attentive. The check-in process seemed to be ok and I thought that I knew everything I needed to know... but I didn't. The room (2623) was lovely and the view over the city was amazing but, the air conditioning wasn't strong enough to cool the room. It was constantly hot. When I got back to my room on Day 2, I noticed that it hadn't been cleaned. I mentioned this to my friends and one of them told me that the hotel staff weren't cleaning rooms due to the coronavirus virus outbreak. They said that the receptionist told them that we could ring for anything that we needed and they would bring it up but, I didn't need anything so I didn't call them. By day 4, I was getting annoyed that my room wasn't being cleaned. The dust was sitting thick on surfaces but I didn't want to complain and seem like I didn't care about the safety of the staff during the pandemic. I was chatting to my friends about it and another friend told me that I could have my room cleaned by staff if I called and requested it. I was upset because I hadn't been given ANY information about changes to room cleaning services while a friend was told that he could call for items to be brought to his room and another friend was told that he could call to have the room cleaned if he wished. The lack of clarity is what was so annoying. I also had fresh flowers in my room and asked at reception if I could borrow a vase. The lady told me that bar staff would be able to help me. This sounded strange but I went to the bar anyway and the staff were as confused as I was. The bar man went away for a few minutes and came back and gave me a juice jug in place of a vase. Better than nothing, I suppose. The only staff that we interacted with on a regular basis were the bar staff and they were lovely. And on the morning that we left, the man on duty sorted a taxi for us after the one that we had ordered took off without us. I would stay at this hotel again but I would ask lots more questions when I checked in.

I had a pleasant stay in central Warsaw where all points of interest are nearby. The room had an awesome view on the Palace of Culture and Science from high up. Staff was always friendly and helpful 24/7. If you booked the breakfast option, there was a variety of dishes to choose from. You could also order a meal to your room. I surely will stay again there next time I visit Warsaw!

Location can't be beat - center of Warsaw. Pillows a bit hard and rooms basic. Its a mid range budget hotel masquerading a something better. Service was very good. Because of covid the place is pretty empty.
