Top dollar hotel. Central in Warsaw. Service is better than any other hotel. Clean spacey rooms and nice bathrooms. Wifi and gym complementary. Breakfast is one of A kind. Just perfect! My highest recommendations. AAA Rating.

Comfortable room, good location, easy walk to train station. Pleasant lobby area, okay breakfast buffet. WiFi connection was good. Weird light switches, could never get just the lights I wanted on. Bathroom had no electric outlet, forget plug in razors. Comfortable bed, HVAC was quiet, some noise penetrates into the room from - I was never quite sure from where.

Because it was not possible to organise a meeting in the old town, I decided to organise the meeting in this hotel. Organising this was done with the help of the responsable manager. I must say that this has been executed in a most efficient and friendly way. The meeting room was perfect and so was the lunch and other...

Had a great stay hear. Rated the hotel with 4 bc it's a bit pricey compared to other hotels. Staff is really friendly, very good and also heathy breakfast, clean room with big bathroom. Good bed. Enjoyed my stay very much. Would certainly come again and recommend it to others.

Very classy, elegant hotel a few steps from the Palace of Culture and Science. One of the rare buildings that survived WWII. Both the palace itself and our room were clean and tidy. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very generous and of high quality.

To say this is a four star hotel is correct, the staff however should be working in a two star. Inconsistency of service is incredible. It all depends on who is working on the day. There are staff here who definitely should have left when they realised they hate working here. To be told why did I order that drink...

Was really impressed Day 1, drinks and staff were great, espresso martinis fab. Day 2 different staff that were rude and when I asked why the drinks weren't consistent in looks and style was told 'why drink it then' by a member of staff that has worked at this hotel for 9 years! Safe to say we won't be recommending...

Good size rooms. Friendly staff. They also kept my luggage when I checked out for a few hours. I also used the sauna and the gym. Good location near train stations. Only downsize only one runner belt in the gym. Not enough during busy times. Nice breakfast but nothing special about it.

While this hotel is very grand and looks impressive the service we received was definitely not to standard - not that is was terrible, but not what you should be getting in a place like this. I stayed here 3 nights over Easter. I am currently on a month long trip around Eastern Europe staying in 4 or 5 star...

We upgraded the room to a room with a view, and the first thing my husband did, was taking a picture of the spectacular culture Palace across the street. The room was, big, beautiful and clean. along with the bathroom. All was absolutely perfect. Entering the hotel sets the mind back to the 1930'es and 1940'es it was absolutely beautiful....
