On the face of it this is an average 3 star city centre hotel. However the building was a Tito era apartment block and is now run as an independent hotel. The surrounding blocks are still apartments and they are protected/listed buildings due to their historical interest if not their beauty.( Interestingly if you get the chance and are interested...

Close to the city - situated in a quiet location. Very small washrooms. No air conditioning. Clean room and comfortable beds, good wifi, basic breakfast, friendly staff at reception. Other than air conditioning, good for one night stay.

I spent there one night on a business trip and other hotels were booked. It is located walking distance to city centre, but there hotels with better location. Check in is ok. Rooms are extremly simple, in my opinion they look like a student dormitory. Breakfast very basic. It is clean though. I do not recommend unless you are looking...

Excellent location walkable to city sites and station. Rooms adequate and good breakfast. Free wifi. Stayed on Saturday night and some of rooms noisy with people using walkway outside. Poke stop good for Pokemon fans in group.

I stend two nights, and was a good option. City center in walking distance. It was quite, and calm place. There were two elevators, and the building was very tall. You have to wait sometime for the elevator. The breakfast was very nice, with a diverse food choices. the dinning room too small for all the guest. Long lines to...

We chose this hotel (through Booking) because of the parking. My GPS took me to a "soviet" urbanization and the goal was a cylinder that blocks the street. Fortunatelly besides there was an interphone with the hotel. They said that the parking was full so I had to park in a public parking. --> do not account on the parking....

This hotel has nice and quiet rooms with great beds and airco. WiFi works best downstairs, also fair in the room. Breakfast is ok, but the coffee in the restaurant tastes better. The hotel a good value for money and you walk into the old town right away from the hotel!

This hotel is very nice! Everything is perfect. The staff, which is very kind, the food, the rooms, which are so clean. On the reception there are green apples. This hotel is nature oriented. This hotel is my favourite in Ljubljana! :)

Stayed one night at the start of a rail tour of the Former Yugoslavia and was close to the train station.. Nice and clean and good breakfast to start the day with. The centre was only a short taxi ride away so not bad if you wanted to go

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Hotel Park is located within easy reach from the city center, in the calm and green part of Ljubljana. With its view of Ljubljana Castle and in proximity of the train and bus station and medical centre of Ljubljana, it offers the guests everything on a silver platter. Guests can withdraw from the colorful city bustle and rest for a moment in the green park which gave the hotel its name. In the spirit of sustainability we also decided to help the Slovenian bee. We installed 2 beehives and a herbal garden on the rooftop, which guests can also visit. ... more   less
