Extremely convenient place to stay. Handy for all the local amenities. Daily walks, evening strolls and lots of architectural history abound. Plenty of eateries. Bus services to Portoroz, Izola, Koper and Ljubliana. Wonderful round walks through tunnels and country lanes. Plenty of places to explore...More

Everybody on the staff does a professional friendly job,and Manuella the busy waitress was an absolute delight If you want a civilised location where everybody is respectful of each other this is the place.

We went to Venice on the Saturday ferry from Piran and if you stay at the Hotel Tartini, you are five minutes away from the jetty, where it leaves from and arrives. It's very easy.
