We were there on a business trip, the staff at the front desk and at the restaurant was very kind. The rooms facing the sea have great view. It was value for the money we paid for a 2 nights stay in Portoroz.

Stayed here for a week with a friend. The hotel is lovely and the room had everything we needed. The indoor pool was great for a rainy day. However, it is closed until 14 on Thursdays for cleaning, which they failed to mention at check-in. The Meduza exclusive "beach" was fantastic. Although the swimming experience was mediocre. Breakfast had a...

We stayed there last winter for 3 nights. We booked this hotel as we thought that it would be easy to manage my dietary needs as it had good reviews, so we decided to have meals included. On the first evening there was literally nothing for me to eat at the restaurant, but after a nice talk to the staff...

The hotel has some peculiarities compared to a North American 5-star hotel, but all in all I was quite pleased. I am from the region so some kinks were not a big deal for me. My first surprise was when I was given upon checkin a room on the 6th floor, close to the elevator even though in March I...

I booked a face massage + face mask for couples and was rather disappointed after realizing that the massage beds are several meters from each other, and divided by a curtain (definitely not a "couple" experience). Masseuses were professional and polite, but what bothered us was that while giving us the massages they stood up and left to get something...

We were with a group of five and we stayed in two rooms. The rooms are dark and luxurious. There was a door between the rooms, so we could easily walk from one room to the other. The amenities and location are what make this hotel amazing. The location at the side of the water is really nice and there...

This hotel is 5 star and well deserved. The location has a awesome veiw of the waterfront and Croatia can be seen in the distance and Venice is not to far either. So a central location for day trips with boats and bikes for hire. Lift will take you down to the boardwalk where you can stroll through the area....

Picked this hotel for short wellness much needed break.Booked at price 150eur per night via booking com.Rooms, not clean, socialist style could be felt all around hotel.Check in-professional,wallet car service -very good. But these are the only good services we met there.Very small room, dirty bathroom, balcony.Breakfast and dinner,3+*,overbaked greesy pastries, lots of young personal, walking around, doing nothing, just staring at quests.Noticed that only senior staff at restaurant...

Lovely hotel with amazing view of the sea & you can see croatia across the sea, the food was great, lots of choice. The spa was very nice and the pools were good. Staff were friendly. Out side the hotel you have a good choice of restaurants & bars & a supermarket a 10 minute walk away. We hired a...

The place feels pretty old school at first. Old Socialist-style look and lobby, etc. But it's actually really nice. The rooms are very modern, the view is great and their prices are quite reasonable. The breakfast is fantastic, the service is good and the wifi is problem free. There's a pool and the location is fantastic, too.
