Simple but clean we thought when we saw the room. However, the SMELL of chemicals was pretty strong when we checked in. Only to be replaced by worse in the evening when we returned: the smell of old cooking oil, as if used and re-used for frying fish hung in the corridors. Every time the bathroom light and fan went...

I was travelling solo and booked this place for one night due to it being walkable from the main train station. The hotel appeared simple yet clean. My room was quite comfortable for one person, with a comfortable bed. Free Wifi was good. You have to leave your key with the reception when going out. My only complaint with the...

A couple of friends and myself were returning from a trip to Wien and decided to spend two days and visit Budapest. We choose Hid because of the low price and decent walking distance to the metro station. The room we received was not very small, but small. Meaning it was hard to navigate around it if you had some...

The room was Okay but the breakfast was very poor, untidy cutlery/plates. not so good coffee and very less options. We visited in august and the room was very hot. We were provided with a table fan which was a little helpful. The receptionist was very friendly. Convenient location, close by to a metro station. Free parking is mentioned on...

The filthiest hotel I have ever had the bad luck to stay at. The bed sheets and towels are dried in their not-ventilated basement. The basement smells like bad air and there they keep the extra beds for kids, beds that they are happy to provide for guests' needs. The back of the dishes (plates) they provide for breakfast are...

First of all, I do have to say that the staff were friendly and breakfast was totally fine. There was even a fridge (not a minibar) in our room that was a nice surprise. But our room was disturbingly bad: sink was clogged, bed sheets had holes and spots and did not entirely cover one mattress, shower curtain did not...

Hotel in the suburb of Budampest, close to the metro and bus station. In relation to the price, the room are quite solid, clean, with air conditioning. Breakfast, quite satisfactory. Recommendation for one night.

I recommend this hotel for the staying of a holiday. First of all the personnel are really ready to help you at all time. The towels always changed and room cleaned. Price not high but place very welcome. Needed a universal plug as I forgot mine they found me one. For sure my next visit to Budapest will book again...
