Firstly the good stuff: the location is good (a short walk from Varosliget park, several bus and trolley bus stops, and only 10-15 minutes walk from the Keleti rail station, and the street is very quiet (if you don't mind church bells on a Sunday!). The rooms are really spacious, comfortable beds, plenty of storage, and good choice of channels...

Dear Mr. or Mrs., thank you for your time and effort to write so many good words about the hotel and my staff. I am really sorry about your disappointments. The first floor corridor is a bit noisy but not the rooms. The breakfast area has 90 seats and we serve breakfast for 3 and a half hour, so I...

There where three elements we have based our choice on: having a pool, included breakfast and availability of parking. All where fulfilled perfectly. 1. The pool is rather big and you can actually swim there. As said that was the first and most important decision making element. 2. Breakfast is good. Crowded nevertheless as the hotel was full in the...

Dear Katarina, it would be very helpful to write the truth. Your card wasn't blocked it was not valid after 12 o'clock on the day of your check out. You told to the receptionist that you will stay one more night. It was available and we informed your company about the prolongation. We were informed that your additional night won't...

My partner and I visited here for 3 nights in May for my birthday. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful in answering any questions we had. The swimming pool was a good size and we often had it to ourselves. Location wise the hotel was a fair walk from the main part of the...

Really enjoyed our stay at the Lion's. The staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bedroom overlooking the church. Good food. Walking distance of the park where there were lots of activities when we stayed. Close to the bus stops to get into the centre. A good price for a very good stay. Thank you

Friendly staff, clean rooms, adequate breakfast, nice area, quiet rooms, good lift service. No tea coffee making facilities in room. Plenty of local eateries within short walking distance, smashing Chinese restaurant a few minutes walk away. view from room was on to a flat roof surface, so felt unsafe sleeping with window open and room was very hot. I stayed here for a business trip. I had a beautiful view from my room! Spacious room, great pool, nice bar, bathroom could be better equipped and cleaned but still acceptable. Breakfast is not fancy, but enough choice. Dinner was satisfying also.
