I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! The staff at the front desk was beyond helpful and looked to accomodate any request I had. From room service on the nights I was too tired to go out (delicious food, by the way!), to helping me with directions and scheduling a wake up call when I needed to be...

Moreso, one of the best hotels in Europe. Bed and breakfast par excellence, Staff and service all exceptionally good always with a smile. We will definitely go there again. It is also very convenient for the tram and metro lines and Hop-on Hop-off bus routes.

Excellent hotel! We could not have been happier with our staff. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our staying Budapest fantastic, from helping us arrange airport transport prior to our arrival, helping us reschedule transport after being switched to another flight, to getting us an early check-in after a rough early morning travel. The hotel is on...

A very well run hotel. Clean and well- maintained, with very modern equipment, staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast good but very crowded around 9am when we were there. We had a superior room, but it was rather small with little storage space. Location could be better. It is south of the areas if tourist interest, with a 5-10 minute...

I booked this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews - my first time of doing so, and I was not disappointed. I had thought that the hotel could not possibly live up to my expectations after reading so many glowing reviews, but in fact it exceeded them. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Without exception they were polite,...

located in the "Palace quarter" of Pest, this is a sleekly modern hotel. If you are looking for old world charm, this may not be for you, but it is a hotel that could be at home in manhattan. The staff was very gracious, and always helpful, everyone seemingly speaking excellent English. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, near...

This was a modern, clean and well presented hotel. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and very clean. While I am not noise sensitive, I did not like they way you could sometimes hear plumbing running though the walls or other guests in neighbouring rooms. The breakfast area was light and again very clean but it did get crowded if...

We stayed here for four nights arriving at 1.30 am .We were picked up at the airport by taxi . Which was organised through the hotel. We were greeted by staff and taken to our room. We had a lovely large room and it was very quiet. The breakfast was superb. Beautiful fresh fruit ,bacon eggs and beautiful arrangement of...

When we checked into this hotel I looked round. I had not expected it to have that boutique appearance. I am not a fan of boutique hotels , maybe as a reaction to being dragged round IKEA by my wife some years ago. However I was where I was and that was it. Although I haven't changed my mind about...

Wow, they are doing it all well at this hotel. There for 4 night stay and I did not have a single issue, disappointment or concern during the whole stay. Great, happy staff. Very helpful. Fab buffet breakfast. Nice touches such as letting you take towels to the local baths and free mineral water, tea, coffee and soft drinks. While...
