We stayed in their newly renovated rooms which were nicely decorated, clean, big bathroom, and even a sitting area. It was neat old building in an excellent location, we walked almost everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helped us with information and tickets for the baths. The breakfast was basic but plentiful (fruit, meats, cheeses, cereal, yogurt) and they... More

I stayed here with two friends in May 2015 for 5 nights. The staff are amazing, always on hand to help with anything you need to know about Budapest or any special requests you might have. Breakfast is basic and European (no fry ups!) but what we expected and a perfectly adequate start to the day. Location is excellent, on... More

Attila and Balazs are great hosts! They made us feel welcomed not just to the B and B but to Budapest. They both are very honest and friendly, passed on many personal recommendations about thermal baths, restaurants, and bars to us which we enjoyed. They both seems to know when to show up when we need them and when to... More

I had such a wonderful stay here! Breakfast was very good as well, our host even asked us if there were anything else we would like for breakfast, before he went to the supermarket. Great service! Very central as well.:)

Just back from a 2 week trip to Hungary. We travelled by bus, starting and ending in Budapest, and staying in different towns, in Bed and Breakfast. I've been to Budapest a couple of times before, but this time I learnt more about Hungary (and it's fascinating) than ever before. If you are thinking of going, I do recommend you... More

This 5 room Pension is excellent - close but not too close to tourist row and the Jewish quarter (now an edgy lively nightlife area). Balazs and friends are excellent hosts, breakfasts are adequate (nothing over the top, but enough to keep you going around Budapest). Only issue is that the rooms are adjacent to the street which, although not... More

Great place for a trip to Budapest. Big, clean rooms and reasonably sized bathroom. Close to the railway station and the middle of the city. Very nice hosts that provided helpful advice. Breakfast is good and there is tea and coffe available around the clock.

The first couple of days here were very good. The room was very clean and the heating was on constantly. However the bedclothing and breakfast were basic. The owner was very helpful indeed and a very nice person. However on the last day, on his assistants shift a group of loud people arrived back at 3am and remained in the... More

It was the second time I stayed at this B&B as the location was excellent and the price was good. Lucky for us we arrived early and could choose our room out of of two different rooms. The rooms were tastefully decorated – it looked exactly as shown on the pictures. All rooms are spotless clean as was the open... More

The B&B is in a very centralised area, you can just walk around to see the places of interest. The rooms are very clean. Our first room had a separate bathroom across the hall way, which we were not aware of upon booking, but on the second day were given a very large room with ensuite. Only problem was that... More
