We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was really good because we like a lot of space. We were also able to dine in the New York Palace Cafe which is in fact in the Boscolo Hotel around the corner and is very grand. (one can also access the hotel via the 3rd floor). The WiFi was great...

Situated quite centrally, these very stylish apartments were great for me and a few friends to use as a base. It was spacious and not unreasonably priced, my only criticism is that we booked a triple apartment which had only one giant bed! We were quite surprised but made it work. The staff were very friendly and the rest of...

We thought we had reservations at the Boscolo Hungry but were surprised when they informed us that we actually had reservations at the Boscolo Residence. We walked around the corner where the Residence is located and were surprised how the entrance lacked the elegance of the Boscolo. A disappointing start to say the least. We did not know what to...

It's clean and tidy but these you can find in many other hotels but much cheaper. You don't feel that you got the extra luxury that you paid for. The one thing, beside cleanness, you receive is the location, which is really good.

Our stay at Boscolo Residence was better than expected. The room was very spacious with a small kitchenette. The bed was comfy and there was a balcony as well to get in some fresh air. The only glitch was that it was bit far from the mail attractions and we had to walk a lot to reach those attractions. Strongly...

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. The residence section of the hotel is apartments connected to the side of the main hotel. Other than the rooms however everything becomes one hotel. I'm not going to lie, my friend and I didn't realise that the Boscolo Hotel and Residence were two separate hotels until we got there, so I would advise you do your research beforehand. It wasn't a problem though, as much as we like luxury, we were very glad of the sheer amount of space in our Residence apartment, which was...

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
