Really enjoying my stay here so far! I chose the hotel due to its location which is important when you're travelling alone. Had excellent help from Zsombor the concierge but also all the rest of the team here. The rooms are very beautifully done and big enough for a city hotel. It's the only choice for me in Budapest! Thanks...

We chose this hotel with my husband for 15 year anniversary and it was just perfect choice for location (many fun spots around), beautiful design and panorama for most impressive square in Budapest - Liberty Sq. Also wellness with jacuzzi and sauna are very relaxing and staff very helpful. So if you miss some spark in your relationship, this hotel...

Top location, top confort and top service. what else can we expect from a hotel, especially after a late landing in the foggy and cold Budapest? Thanks especially to top professionals, as receptionist Eztzer and concierge Tzsambor (sorry for the spelling)

This hotel has a very unique look and smell, I really like it but my colleague finds the purfume overwhelming. My room was very sumptous, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was fabulous. I used the gym in the hotel and it was small, fine for me (I was the only one in there) but if there were...

The Iberostar is a small gem in the heart of Budapest. It's a smaller hotel, which allows more personal attention and great service. The staff really seem to care about the guests - something that is rare these days. At check-in, we were seated on a small sofa, the General Manager came out to welcome us and handed us his...

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
