What i liked most of this hostel was the location, within walking distance to almost all the landmarks worth seeing and quiet at the same time despite the location very close to the night life. The hostel was also very clean, the room, the living room, kitchen, everything...The staff was great, always ready to help you and give advices when...

Came with my girlfriend in November and had a great stay in a private room for two. Value for money was exceptional, we were given a very large room considering there were only two of us, the bathroom and our room were kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay. The location is great and within walking distance to pretty much all...

Catastrophic doesn’t even start to describe how bad the HBC was. My friend and I needed a little vacation away for a reasonable price. The HBC sure was the perfect fit in terms of price– cheap– but still with a certain proximity with the city center. The location was exquisite, and we couldn’t be any closer to the various landmarks...

Dear our guest Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately we will have to correct it with our opinion. We have 9 great rooms with normal standard and big sizes and 2 mini private rooms with cheaper category. These mini rooms are quite small and were developed only for travelers who are on budget or are young and would like to...

I came to Budapest for two nights to party. This hostel was chosen because of its price and location very near the center and famous pubs. When we have checked in, I could nto believe what they were showing us. Not our two-bed room with shower, but our apartman with kitchen, three big rooms and at least 10 beds (we...

We slept 1 night is the Hostel. our flight landed late in the night so the staff was nice and waited for us for a late check in (1:30 AM). the place is small, simple and clean. the location is fantastic. It's a good place to start your trip, or to sleep cheap if you're on a low budget.

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
