Yes, it's basic. It has the look of a youth hostel but don't be put off. Firstly, the staff were lovely. Utterly sweet. Two, it was very, very clean. It is well located. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure for the shower was better than some high end places I have stayed at. Yes, it's a bit shabby and...

Great location to get around in the city as it is close to the metro. Clean, comfy, great nights sleep for an excellent price. The breakfast is also good value, no real faults with the place really. Only real confusion was that we booked 2 double rooms for four people, but it turned out 1 room had enough beds for...

Location is perfect. Close to the metro and trams so can travel most places easily. Christmas markets are 2 stops on the metro.. around ten minutes away! A few nice restaurants close to the hotel. We were here for 4 nights end of November and can't fault the hotel. Perfect location with everything you need within walking distance. Rooms were fine for the money, clean towels and sheets changed daily. Staff were very helpful and answered any question I had and I had a lot! Would defiantly stay here again even for the location alone

Me and my fiance were visiting Budapest in December and we needed a place only to sleep somewhere. We picked this hotel, because of the reviews and the close proximity to the Christmas market. We did not pay for breakfast, just for the room. We liked the hotel very much. It was clean, it was quiet (we had our room...

Close to metro, trains, Danube. Rooms small and ours was overlooking the inside well area. Unfortunately there is a walkway around this which I was unaware of.we had a bag and wallet stolen from our room as nobody told us the public could basically wander in if they so pleased. Reception were very unhelpful about this and I wasn't even...

The hotel is a good basic hotel, the rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast was served in the bistro connected to the hotel and was ok, the bistro itself was really nice and the food was very good. The area around the hotel is quiet there were one or two bars/cafes in the streets around...

Basic hotel, rooms are somewhat outdated and in need of some maintenance. But the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. Breakfast is basic but good. The restaurant (which also functions as breakfast room) is very good, good food, great drinks at affordable prices. All in all, would go there another time!!

We enjoyed a city break in Budapest at the weekend which was great. The hotel was basic but very clean and most of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly apart from the lady serving breakfast. She was very rude to us and even though breakfast stated it was open until 10am when we came down at 9:45am she moaned...
