Excellent position and attentive service. Minor thoughts, lighting in room not totally practical - dimmer switches would have been more practical and access light in the wardrobe not working. Access to a Film channel on the TV did not seem to be available.

We rented a luxury room river view. It was in the sixth floor. The view on the river was magnificent. We could see the parliament, chain bridge and the freezing Danube. Room service was great as well as the cleaning services. Room was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was marvellous, good quality and wide array of choices. Our only gripes...

If awakening and opening the curtains to view virtually all the best tourist sights in a single moment sounds good then this is your hotel. I can't imagine any other Budapest hotel comes close. On my second day, as I returned from a few hours strolling staff had placed champagne on a window table with a backdrop of Buda and...

We took an upgrade so we had access to the club lounge and could not be happier with the service that the staff provided us with. The hotel was very comfortable and all the staff were of wonderful assistance to us. Many thanks for a great time at your hotel.

Professional, friendly, good food, cozy bar with great snacks. Comfortable room. Elevator a bit squeaky and only on one side of four sided balcony - rooms all face in around the center balconies, with some being down hallways off of those balconies. If walking is an issue you'll want to specify your desire to be close to the elevator. Lovely...

I was fortunate enough to be selected as the 'Guest of the Day' during my December 2016 stay. I was so surprised initially, and it turned into such a delightful stay and such a wonderful way to spend my last day of holidays. I was treated so well during my stay, and the hotel staff checked back with me to...

Took my daughter on her"dream trip" first stop was your hotel and had reserved a special dinner for her She has celiacs so dining out can be a nightmare as almost everything has wheat in it. The waiter and dinner was amazing! From the first minute we felt pampers to the bell man receptionist and room we upgraded for a...

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
