We had a few extra nights in Budapest, and wanted to spend them at the Hilton at the Castle district. Through the wonders of internet, I somehow booked this Hilton instead. I only found this out on our way to the castle district, so I was thoroughly bummed out. They could not swap our reservation as the other hotel was...

The Hilton Budapest City (there are two Hiltons, one in the Castle area of Buda and this one, which is in Pest) was an outstanding choice. A door from the lobby opens into a shopping mall, which of course, has a huge food court and other restaurants, shops of every description, and most important for us this trip, an entrance...

Excellent service, nice rooms, great location. First time in Budapest, Hotel was an "Oasis" to get rest, freshen up and recharge. Great location close to downtown, many shops and restaurants to choose from

I spent two nights there in early October and was most satisfied with the location, the room, and the fantastic complimentary breakfast.Located right on the Westend mall you have about 400 shops to browse when you aren't in your room. The room itself was pleasantly appointed and quite comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding with a large number of choices. It reminded...

Been here four times now and we are never dissapointed. The rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day. The staff are very polite and helpful. Budapest is an amazing city a definite must see. The hotel is joined to a big shopping mal with lots of eateries which are so cheap and the quality of the food is really...

Lovely hotel really. All modern conveniences. Our room on the first floor overlooked Vaci Street. No noise at night. Great sized room, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed. Attached to a big shopping centre which is handy. Breakfast buffet was extensive and wait staff were friendly and helpful. Tv has a life of its own though....turns itself off intermittently, and then difficult...

This is a comfortable, beautiful hotel. It is conveniently attached to a modern shopping mall with a subway stop. The room was very large and comfortable and food was excellent. The staff was very helpful to assist me with checking in and printing my boarding pass for my return flight to the U.S.

The Hilton in Buda is nicely located in the old city, and the restoration attached to the old walls is really beautiful. Our room overlooked the Danube, and the whole area of Pest, with all it's monuments. Service is what you would expect from a Hilton and it made for a nice stay. It's fairly convenient for public transportation.
