When you enter in the building you will detinatelly think that you are in the wrong place and that you did the wrong choice. But when you enter in the apartment(yes, it's an apartment) you will change your mind totally because the place is incredible, quiet, nice, you feel like home. The staff(2 brothers) are very friendly and helpfull. They...

Entering the building you wouldn't expect heaven on fourth floor. A very nice place in the centre of Budapest (from this location we did almost everything by foot). We got a warm welcome by the people working there and the owner Pamir. He gave us lots of good information and tips where to go and what to do. Rooms were...

Absolutely perfect accommodation and very helpful hosts. Bed is nice and comfy, plenty of space, room in general as well as all linen was very clean (and extra linen available if you want). Location is fantastic. Even though my mum and I arrived after midnight the hosts were very patient and gave a brief guide on places to go during...

I really enjoyed staying at the Trendy B&B. The apartment I stayed in has two bedrooms and it really felt like being home. I loved the parquet floor and the high ceilings. My room was very large and very quiet at night. Travelling as a single female I felt safe in the neighbourhood as the apartment is located literally round...

We stayed 4 days in Budapest and Trendy was very convenient, with a central location. The B&B is very quiet. We were welcomed and Pamir gave us many useful advices on what to do and what to see (and we recommand the "Hummus bar" in the street! ;) In short, Trendy is a solid value!

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.

“Rooms on the inner side of the building are slightly quieter, as these are not looking onto one of the main streets, the noise was never an issue, but for some this can sometimes cause alarm.”
