A mansion of 16 rooms in the middle of a quiet street. This is not a luxurious place, but it is clean, quiet, comfortable and friendly. My large ROOM had a little kitchenette, table and chairs, a deep bathtub, and separate shower. Firm, yet comfortable, bed with down duvets. AC/heat (it can be chilly in October), and pretty good WiFi.... More

Budapest is beautiful well kept secret. This is s lovely small quirky hotel on a quiet street but convenient for public transport. The rooms are understated, the beds are comfortable, and there is a plentiful supply of hot water. Breakfast is tasty and well presented. Finally the staff - nothing too much trouble for Zolst and Timi on reception. Top... More

We had been advised to stay in the Buda side of the city..after visiting House Beletage I can without hesitation say "Why?". The Pesht side is so authentic and alive with real people, not just tourists! The staff at house Beletage are so warm and attentive, they complement the personal feel of the accommodation perfectly. Its wonderful to wander to... More

If you like 5 star luxury and every facility known to man then move on, this is not for you. If on the other hand you like small intimate hotels with exceptional service, beautifully big, comfortable rooms and a few quirks here and there then read on. Our room is on the ground floor right on the street but it's... More

House Beletage is an amazing place to stay. It is a quirky hotel in a residential part of town and it seems to me that the rooms were previously residential dwellings that were converted into this super amazing B&B! I believe each room is decorated uniquely and the room we stayed at (on the first floor) was really very pretty,... More

While a little bit out of the way, the fact is that the areas of Budapest you're likely to want to visit are fairly spread out, so it's impossible to be close to them all. Our room overlooked the street, which by day seemed to be a favourite for noisy motorcycles. However there is a interior courtyard where one can... More
