Dear Maria, yes you can have hairdryer in the room and of course you pay what you take from mini fridge. Enjoy your trip to Budapest!

Yes, I was in december and it was quite cold out side and many people were swimming open air, incredible!! they warm up the pool to 27-28 degrees. Good luck !
