loved this hotel - very clean and in good condition. Great location - a 3 minute walk from the main railway station - so all the sights are within easy reach. Nice room - loved your embossed linen - very in kerping with your 20s theme. Breakfast was great - served in the lovely basement restaurant - that has possibilities...

I really loved this one! So close to the center, great location. Perfect breakfast and very nice people running the place. A must see.... each room is designed by a specific famous person. Got a great deal over booking.com.

I loved the place it's very nice antique hotel in the center of Budapest, we never used buses or metro , everything was 10-15 min walk from the place. We got very nice room because our anniversary celebration , the staff is very kind and polite. The room was very big and beautiful, very nice view from the window on...

We stayed two nights prior to going on a cruise and absolutely loved this hotel. Our friends felt the same way. The service was excellent, personal and professional. Our rooms were spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable. The decor was more traditional, cozy and a welcome relief from a lot of the very modern architecture we saw. We would...

Two rooms booked resulting with a mistake and only one room available which leaded to a challenging job to find a hotel in a city occupation rate of 95%+. My colleague who stayed there told me 'never do that again to me as this is the worst hotel I stayed in since decades' Sorry guys but lack of professionalism is...

For reasons unknown to me, my partner office in Budapest booked me at the Cotton House. It's located in an old building, only part of which is the hotel proper. The decor is faux-Roaring Twenties and—unless you happen to be a fan of that period—entirely pointless. I had Room N.28, which is ostensibly dedicated to Marlon Brando (as Don Corleone)....

I stayed here in April 2016. I got there very late at night. Couldn't find the entrance. Once I did, I was shown to my room ... it's as if you could hear everything inside and outside the rooms. It felt like an old European house of sin turned into a railway hotel of the 1920's. The rooms were trying...

We arrived on the Friday afternoon, and initially we were really pleased with the hotel. Our room was smaller than expected, but was still a decent size. We upgraded to a double deluxe room with a spa bath at an additional cost of 20€ per night. There was mould in the bathroom, which I tried to overlook as everything else...

Stayed here for a weekend in Budapest and chose the hotel specifically for its Art Deco jazz theme. We were not disappointed! The room was huge with high ceilings, the telephone on the bedside table was a replica from something out of the 1920's, stained glass windows and spiral staircases! The staff were beyond amazing! They were so helpful and...

The hotel is an old-fashioned hotel, decorated in a 1920's theme, but most importantly it is clean, cosy and comfortable. It is centrally located, in a safe area, close to train/metro station, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff were always polite and helpful and assisted us with information about sites, tours, transport from and to the airport and...
