I spend 3 night in this hotel wit my friends(9 people). We come from Liverpool. The gentleman in the reception (Robert Gulyas) sort out everything for us transfers taxis reservations etc... He was more than helpful. Thank you! The area is not the best but was safety. Rooms are so clean everyday cleaning breakfast was good. Staff always helpful price...

The hotel is located very close to Keleti train station and city centre is easily accessible from it. Staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are tidy and spacious. The hotel offers a private parking at 5 euros/night and it is a must given the dubious surroundings. Breakfast is really modest (low quality supermarket stuff), but at least it...

This hotel cost just under £30 a night for me and my son to share (we were also travelling with my brother who stayed in another room. It's therefore important to note that on these rates, guests need to alter their expectations accordingly!! On the plus side; large rooms with two beds and a sofa type bed, air conditioning, free...

This hotel was asked by a nearby living expat to do something with the buses which are blocking the path from buggies and people using wheelchairs. They written him an absolutely unacceptable response, which told that they don't care about disabled people, and also they suggested the english-speaking expat to use Hungarian language, as this is the official language of...

English Disgusting neighbourhood, disgusting hotel and rude management. The staff was OK. Not again. Hungarian Gusztutalan kornyek, gusztustalan hotel es gusztustalan vezetoseg. A szemelyzettel nem volt gond. Soha tobbe!

This hotel has a good position for starting a trip in Budapest. It's near to the metro and tram, so you can move very easily in and out. The street is not very nice at night, but I felt safe equally. The people who work in this hotel do everything possible to make your stay comfortable and are always helpful...

The rooms are shabby. The carpet is soiled, the shower head was broken. It wasn't very clean....but it's cheap. The hotel sits right on the street with a tram on rails so besides about 5 hours in the middle of the night the hotel will shake. The rooms are in a giant square with an atrium, so it's noisy. It...

This is a budget hotel, but was perfect for us (traveling on a budget!) Desk clerk was extremely helpful with taxis, tickets to tour bus, directions and luggage. Room was small, but clean and the shower was hot. Breakfast is included - there were meats, pastries, eggs, veggies and hot tea/coffee. Walking distance to the main part of town and...

We were there at the January '15. Everything was perfectly fine. We even didn't see what was the problem with the location? In that street was a enough of police patrolling, we only noticed that. Also location is perfect for visiting every big attraction in Budapest. Across the street is tram station which leads to the main metro line (2...

The room is clean. Comfortable, sized and decorated enough. The breakfast is also OK, but nothing special. The location looks bad, like in a not very safe neighborhood, but it is close enough to the metro line 4 and one of the train stations. Some of the clerks spoke reasonable English but one of them just the very basics. Some...
