This is a cute hotel within a small shopping centre. The entranced the mall will lead to the lifts taking you to the reception and subsequently to the rooms on higher floors. We found the hotel quiet and relaxing. It's an unusual set up we really enjoyed it. Service was excellent as well

Very central location, modern and unusually large rooms - clean and well maintained - located in a small shopping area "central passage". Reasonable wifi access without the need to login - which is always good

An excellent hotel in the middle of the city... High street shopping centre. Our room was very spacious with modern facilities and well decorated. Almost all tourist attractions are just a walking distance from the hotel. Many popular coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. We reached Bratislava railway station at around 6pm from Budapest. Though we knew the hotel was...

The hotel is in a great spot: within a five minute walk you have tons of cafés, restaurants, shops. . . and within a fifteen minute walk you have all the wonders of old town (including the historic Hrad.) The staff is very friendly (give great directions) and speaks English. The rooms are huge with all amenities. Since the hotel...

As others have said, the location of the hotel is great, you can walk to everything. I was not crazy about the odd feature of the hotel starting on the second floor of a little shopping mall, but you get used to it. The check in staff person at the front desk was very nice and the room was large...

8 of us stayed for 3 nights while attending the Slovakia v Scotland football match. first thing to say is that it's great location - centrally located and only 200m from the main bars and restaurants area. Rooms are comfortable and appointed, Wifi is free and fast to use. Can't comment on the breakfast as none of us got early...

The WiFi is free and works without problems. Breakfast, really good. The staff is nice, helpful and friendly. Since the hotel is located in the city center...

Very good hotel in excellent location. Very nice personnelin reception. Parking in nearest parking hall with rather high price (25€/24h). Good and tidy rooms. Breakfest normal or usual like in these countries. Coffee needs plenty of sugar and milk to be able to drink.

We stayed here for 4 nights in mid September, the hotel was perfect for our visit. The room was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was lovely, a wide selection of croissants, French Toast, bread rolls, beans, sausages, cereal, cold meats, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all perfect for our few days sightseeing.

Stayed at this hotel in July for three nights. I arrived quite late at night via public transport and the hotel was well signposted - I was concerned it wouldn't be as it's within a small shopping centre. No problems checking in, staff we're quick as could be expected and they listened to my request of a room on a...
