This a beautiful and comfortable hotel, in a great location. We checked in late, and still had an amazingly friendly check- in. We were hungry after a long flight, and were happily served delicious sandwiches via rooms service. We had access to water and soda in the mini bar. Our room had no daylight, which was great for us, as...

Four of us stayed 3 nights / 4 days and had an excellent stay. For a weekend / New Year's Eve stay location is key for us and this certainly gets full marks. A few minutes walk from many restaurants, coffee shops and bars (About 15 mins from the castle) but quiet location close to the oldest church in the...

Dear client, thank you very much for taking time to review our hotel. I am happy to hear that generally you were satisfied. The New Years Eve period is always very busy and it could cause the issue with the tables on the breakfast. The Library bar is the only one smoking area in our hotel and I agree that...

The hotel is located within the old historic part of Bratislava. Therefore there is easy access to the quaint streets and places of interest. We stayed in the deluxe rooms located at the top of the hotel and the rooms are within the roof space and a split level arrangement with the bedroom on a mezzanine. They are spacious and...

The hotel was very friendly and the breakfast always well stocked with nice things to eat. The hotel offers cooked options to compliment the buffet. The rooms were nice on split levels to allow clothes and bathroom downstairs freeing the upstairs for the bed and sleeping. Room would benefit from more comfy chairs but minor in what we wanted. The...

The hotel has great character and is perfectly placed for exploring the Old Town and beyond. The Danube and Bratislava Castle are short walks away and the trams are just round the corner. The executive twin room was large and well appointed as was the bathroom. The downside was the breakfast which was minimalistic at best. Concentrated more on cakes...

We decided on a 2 city break and spent first 4 days in Vienna.we chose Arcadia on previous recommendations and were not disappointed. Got train to Bratislava which totally different to Vienna, taxi driver probably overcharged us to hotel so something to watch out for. Hotel has great location on edge of Old town. Markets were very atmospheric with loads...

Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, as was the bathrooom. Wifi was quick and reliable. Would have preferred a sofa rather than the table and chairs provided. Had to ask for a kettle to be brought to the room, though given the hotel's star rating a decent coffee machine should maybe have been provided. We made use of the spa...

We stayed at this hotel for one night during our trip from Budapest to Prague on the 3rd week of November and we were very pleased. The situation of the hotel is excellent. This is a five star hotel and the room was very big and very comfortable. The price is in accordance with the service you get and it...

What makes this hotel great is Joseph. The bell captain, valet park attendant, concierge roll into one. He welcomed us far better than the lady in the reception. The location is great. The room is great - we took the family room and the sauna/steam room at the spa was wonderful. DO NOT order drinks at the bar. Go to...
