Stayed for 2 nights- 30th dec- 1st Jan for our anniversary and new year. 25 minute wait to check in, room was basic but bed was very comfortable, lots of deep marks and scratches on the floor, bathroom products came out of a dispenser and it looked very cheap.
Bottle of Prosecco in an ice bucket in our room for our anniversary which was nice and they also sent a bottle of wine up to us.
Breakfast was hectic/ busy but coffee was good, nice selection of food but they ran out of smoked salmon on the first day which was annoying, loads of gluten free items!
Spa and gym were excellent which was a big plus, very clean and we really enjoyed it.
Location was good and staff were friendly particularly the maitre d’ at breakfast.
Felt it was overpriced for the quality of room that we got as the floor was terrible!

The strangest thing about this hotel is that the rooms do not have floor heating in the bathroom. It does not exist, not that it has been turned off. So the floor was stone cold and I made a towel carpet to make it more humane. In the spa didn’t like that the showers were on the ceiling, not on the wall and the water came to the head, it was also more difficult for children. In the bathroom, there was some kind of bath strip open and all the water flowed to the floor under and in front of the bath, and finally the floor swam. Also didn't really want to open the curtains, because the windows of the other rooms were immediately opposite. But the main problem .... When we reached the room, the room is relatively cool, I turned the air conditioner on the wall immediately to heat up 30C, but after 30min still the same. I felt it with my hand, it just blows simply air. We went for a swim, but when I got back, it still bothered that you are in the room, but your hands and feet were cool and just uncomfortable and chilly. We ate and called the administration at about 19, because I realized that it wouldn't get any warmer. I told my concern and she said: oh you are cold, I can give you an extra blanket! Sorry, I didn't come to the hotel to sit in bed under a blanket. A worker was allowed to be sent. When I called again 30min later, I found out that the worker is not in the house, he will come in the morning. But to be in a cool room with a child, she doesn't seem to see a problem. As such an answer still didn’t give peace, I personally reached to the administration again and said that it was not normal, I want my money back. Then they started looking for a new room (which could have been done right away!). Is customer satisfaction not a priority? I was given a card of a new room so that I could go and see myself if that room was warmer. I would add that the clock was already approaching 21 and my child had fallen asleep in the meantime. So it was out of the question to move things alone and sleeping child in the evening when we had already settled in our room. The administrator still wondered and said, well, sorry then. I think I heard an apology once and she tried to find a solution, but it all took so long and it was troublesome for me as a client who came on a vacation. I would have been much more pleased if they had immediately offered a new room because I understand that it was just a technical problem, the air conditioner is broken or unconfigured. However, such rooms could not be offered to customers at all.
+ Breakfast was good. Nice to have a bath in the room. The bed was one wide bed, not two twins pushed together with a gap. Everything was clean. The spa was enough to be enjoyable.

Price was affordable if booked online on external provider like booking.com etc... more than 30% more expensive if booked directly in reception.
Breakfast was more than adequate. Nice food and plenty of selections.
Entire hotel gives a professional but somewhat impersonal impression.
The one directly negative issue was that room was not turned down between two nights. No clean towels or even checking everything was OK.
Parking is not free - but I guess being so close to everything that is to be accepted.
All in all - looking at price vs. location - an averagely acceptable hotel. Nothing extraordinary and only small details to be improved.

We stayed three nights in this hotel, which is located within walking distance from Old Town. Travelling from/ to the airport was easy, by public transport (and cheap), but you need to change from tram to bus. Both tram and bus services were very frequent and you can connect to public transport easily from the hotel.
The hotel was huge and big. Our room was very new and clean with tea/ coffee making facilities. The breakfast was superb (typically Scandinavian style of breakfast), but the restaurant was always crowded during breakfast due to number of guests staying. You needed to queue up (very long) during the peak hours in the morning. The swimming pool was sauna were fantastic and many people stayed here because of this family-friendly facilities.
Staff service was excellent and the girls at the reception were very kind and helpful to print out boarding passes for us. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who want a quality stay (at reasonable prices) in Tallinn.

Massive thank you to Raido at the front desk for being so upbeat, polite and massively helpful throughout my stay, even finding the best solution when I wasn't sure what I wanted or needed. Every hotel needs one Raido!
Arrived to a lovely, clean room after a long day of travel. I had requested a large bed, and a king size was awaiting me in my room. Perfect! The bathroom is a very good size and features both a bathtub and a shower.
The room had a large window, aircon. and a fridge, literally everything you'll need. You will not find a better hotel or room at such a good location at a better price!
The cafe downstairs is also delicious and has great service, very glad I chose to stay here.

We had to find a place to stay a couple of nights in a hurry - because a pipe burst upstairs and we could not stay in our own apartment - and were referred to the Meriton. Even though we needed room for two people and four cats they were very attentive and flexible, eventually letting us have two adjacent rooms (hotel has a policy of maximum of two pets per room) for the price of one plus the additional for pets. We would be literally homeless if it wasn't for the Meriton.

I stayed in this hotel in Tallinn. It’s a well located hotel with a short walk to the town. It’s simple and the rooms are small. My room was a little peculiar and I did ask for a change but as they were fully booked they were unable to.
The hotel has a good health club but more impressive is their heated swimming pools Well spread out into two pools. The saunas were also very nice.
I was attending a Conference and the stay was very enjoyable.

First I wanted to mention that we arrived at the hotel and had to wait in a long queue to check in. Once we got to the desk, the receptionist made it very clear she was attracted to my husband. She addressed him only, even though I was the only one who spoke and it was my name on the reservation. I booked a double room with a bathtub but, despite this, she asked my husband if we would like separate beds which we declined. The next morning, I left early and when my husband returned to the hotel room, the key card was not working. He spoke to the same receptionist as dealt with us before and she upgraded his room to a larger one with a bathtub, but only once I had left, which made me furious.
Secondly the room was terrible, it was tiny in size, poorly decorated and it had very basic luxuries. No coffee machine, no minibar, no complimentary items, and only 1 small body wash for the shower room. The towels were tiny, the bathroom was huge with lots of wastes space, there was no main light in the bedroom area of the room, only side lamps. The walls were paper thin and I could hear the next rooms using the toilets which was humiliating and uncomfortable. There was lots of street noise as we were facing a main road. And the bed was awful, it was 2 single mattresses pushed together and there was an unusual zip on the upper part of the mattress which could be felt. Not only this but we were only provided 1 lumpy, flat pillow each which wasn’t suffice. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the cleanliness, the location as it is within walking distance of the old town, and the reception area, which is clearly where all the investments are made as the room doesn’t meet standards.
Secondly the room was terrible, it was tiny in size, poorly decorated and it had very basic luxuries. Travelled in February for a weeks holiday. Hotel staff were very helpful as I had originally booked the wrong dates. Reception staff changed these for us at no extra cost and also upgraded us to a superia room.

I enjoined the stay (the hole family did), very good location, close to oldtown (10 min walk). Spa (pool and sauna) facillities price was included to the room price, you can buy coctails at the pool area. There is also pool area for kids. Good breakfast. Small and costly parking.
