I booked this hotel on expedia based on the free shuttle from airport to hotel add on the hotel website. When time came, neither hotel or expedia fulfill the promised add on the website and took it off. Good thing I printed a copy. Both did not try to correct it inspite of multiple attempts to have it corrected. Beware!!!!!

Staff is friendliest I've met in Tallinn. spa is nice. Rooms are tidy and spacious. It would be superb if they had bikes to rent, trendy kalamaja is just in the corner and old town is just up the hill.

This was our 5th visit to this hotel. And it didn't disappoint. The carpet in the hotel room was from the Nasteku Parish. Designed from the costumes that they used to wear. The views were decent, we were able to see the tip of Toompea Castle. Breakfast was fresh & varied. Buffet style! Café mademoiselle is stunning; food mediocre. The...

I am really very disappointed with the Management of this hotel! I would refer to the Theft in Room of Mr&Mrs Brito, Guests at your Hotel on 02.03.2015 Today I have decided to explain here what happened on March 2 while we were in the spa, they entered our room and stole all our valuables. Four Rooms were robbed that...

a nice ok hotel...needs renovation and also the heating system needs work. Nice people I would not go back because of the small rooms and the heating system not working properly We were there with GoAhead Tours and again I would not use them!

Stayed for two nights from 25.09-27.09. Got a room on the new part of the hotel.Room was ok.Bed was ok.What was quite surprising was that to open the mini fridge to store my yoghurt the hotel charged me 50 euros deposit.I have been travelling a lot and stayed in many different hotels and this was the first time this kind...

Kato ystävällisesti aiempi arvosteluni. Please have a look my first post. Park Inn hotellin johtaja David Mohren oli meihin yhteydessä ja olemme iloisesti yllättyneitä hänen tekemästään ratkaisusta hyvittää haitat hotelissa viipymisemme ajalta. He ovat jo kehittäneet hotellia ja toivotamme heille onnea siihen työhön edelleen. Park Inn Hotel General manager Mr. David Mohren contacted us after my fist post and we...

We traveled in the beginning of July with two children (age 0 and 2). We got a room in the old part of the hotel on a hot day (27C outside). When walking into the room, the indoor temperature was probably around 35C, but we thought that setting the AC on max would help - wrong! We were sweating the...

This was just an OK hotel. It was clean, beds OK, but no amenities in bathroom. Soap was dispensed from a wall fixture as shower gel. But the location was good---just outside of the old town although it is an uphill walk from the hotel.

Very disappointed with the deal here. The hotel does not supply any toiletries, only a cheap soap dispenser above the bath and sink, NOTHING else. Beware, if you are with a group, you must use the swimming pool before 11am otherwise you are charged 14 Euros. The hotel is very busy in the summer and it is a free for...
