We stayed at the park inn by Radisson for 2 nights. We arrived rather late and the lady at the check in desk was quite rude and we felt quite unwelcome, fortunately there was another gentleman who assisted us and he was a little more friendlier. The hotel seems like it caters on a lean luxury level. Minimal staff. You’d have to actually look for someone to place an order for dinner. Breakfast was nice, good variety. We were placed in rooms on the 6th floor, comfortable beds, washrooms have heated floors which are very welcome in the winter. The hotel is very conveniently located right in the city center. Aside from the few hiccups, it was a good 2 nights.

We stayed at the Park inn in downtown Tallinn on the weekend of Finland's Independence Day which is a busy weekend for Tallinn, as it's a 2 hour ferry from Helsinki and an affordable vacation destination.
The hotel is well located, a bare 10 minute walk to the major family things to do in Tallinn: old town (we were there for the Christmas Market) and the Science Center. They were very accommodating with us, providing our larger party (2 adults & 2 kids) with a room update to a minisuite.
The staff are friendly, but not very warm. Also, we felt that they were not very efficient, both at the front desk and the restaurant. Oh yeah, the restaurant. Well, we don't know if it was because it was a busy weekend or if they were short-staffed but the breakfast system was ... not good. There breakfast restaurant is one aisle with serving areas left and right, and this caused long lines of guests queued for either side. Coffee machines were emptied out before you had a chance to get a cup, all three mornings that we were there there were issues finding glasses for juice, and while food was good and varied, breakfast took 25 minutes longer for every guest due tot he waiting times and needing to go back and locate glasses or get coffee.This system and/or layout were clearly lacking.
There are a couple of restaurants nearby that are fun and interesting, I'd recommend Dumplings of the Universe, on the very same block. Good for kids and adults.

Stayed at the Park Inn 3/11-3/15. First, I'd like the thank Karina for an easy check-in. She was very competent and helpful with information on the area. In fact, she was on duty when I checked out. Thanks Karina. The room (323) was spacious, very clean and quiet. I think I gave up the quiet for the bad view which was worth it. The breafast was good with a variety of items usually found on a breakfast buffet. The location was easily accessible from the airport via public transportation (Tram #4/3Euro) and about a 15 minute walk to the Old City. The fitness room was set up more for cardio but also had dumbells. I would definitely stay at the Park Inn again.

I managed to book a room from this hotel for the Rammstein concert-night in Tallinn, and I have to say I was very gladly surprised when I checked in. The hotel was clean, modern and just well decorated. Staff was friendly and smiling which is not a common thing in Estonia service industry. Our room was cool, clean and spacious enough for the one night stay. A/C was working without any problems and was sometimes even a bit too good!
The only negative thing we witnessed was the water that came to the bathroom floor during showering eventhough the shower is inside a glass cube. Somehow the door just didn't prevent that and the floor was completely wet.
Continental breakfast with Estonian vibes was delicious and there were plenty of options to chose with. I especially liked smoothies! Tables were cleaned fast and eventhough there was a long line (because of Rammstein concert tourists), the feeling was still positive.
And obviously the location is amazing! It's right in the middle, only a short walk from the Old Town and big shopping centers AND the harbour. We came by car so I parked the car on the yard next to the hotel and about 24 h parking was 14 €. This could've been clarified better somewhere because Google previously told us the parking would be 6€/24h. Even after the difference, it was still cheaper than most parking halls in Tallinn city center.
I recommend this place gladly and I will definitely consider coming here again.

The location is good: about 1km from the ferry terminal and a 10 minute stroll into the old town. The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated. We had a room on the 5th floor with a not-so-nice view on the car park but it was large, clean and quiet. Good quiet aircon and seamless WiFi. Our room had a heated towel rail, heated bathroom floor, safe, fridge, coffee and tea making facilities.
Good breakfast selection although the breads and pastries could have been better. No grumbles about any of the other breakfast items. The hot selection was tasty.
Lovely local ladies at reception who were so helpful and friendly, and keen to share their knowledge about restaurants and other Estonian towns to visit. They were excellent ambassadors for their country.

The whole hotel and the room are clean and modern, there is enough space for sitting in the room (comfortable chair, stool and table). Smart wall shelf for glasses, mugs and kettle, in-room safe. There is enough space for toiletries in the bathroom, refillable bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner on the wall. The location is very convenient for a traveler without a car, in the heart of the city, but there was no traffic noise in the room. The breakfast is rich and tasty, the service is friendly. Nice places to eat nearby in the Rotermann quarter.

It was perfectly accessible on foot from the Tallink silja ferry(it's just 15min away) and has a very good service for a small price. It is also not far from city center ( just 10min by foot). I really enjoyed my stay.

This time we got an cheap room on the top floor, the room had a balcony facing west. Good room but the soundproofing was really bad. There was a louder sound couple next door and the speech was heard really well through the wall.
Breakfast is served by the staff. Well the breakfast worked and it was good. Parking is expensive in the hotel yard but on Ahtri Street there is affordable parkinghouse.

This hotel was a life saver. We had booked another hotel which looked nice but turned out to be really horrible and turned up at reception of the hotel late afternoon in desperation. The reception staff were really helpful and managed to find us two rooms for the entirety of our four day stay for a very reasonable rate. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The hotel was less than 10 minutes walk from the Old Town and close to the tram stop and the Roterman Quarter. There was an excellent selection of food for breakfast and unlike some other reviewers we never found the breakfast area too busy. Rooms are only routinely cleaned every second day but if you want a more frequent clean you can request this. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tallinn.

We stayed here as a family. There was a great family room and a little gift for the children as you checked in. The hotel was located in a good spot. We were able to wlk everywhere we went with the exception of some museums which were and easy bus ride away

There are no textiles in the Sauna. If you wish you may use your bathing suit, swimming costume, towel or bathrobe as well.
Definitely Taxi. Even if you need two for your party, the taxi will be much more convenient, and prices are decent.
