I think this was the friendliest, most welcoming staff I've ever encountered. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was spotless and had not only a massive canopy bed, but a claw foot tub in the room - the tv could even be angled to catch up on the day's news while floating in the tub. Breakfast was excellent...

I can't really fault this hotel.. All the staff we encountered were welcoming and always asked if they could help you with anything regardless of their current task. The hotel is on the edge of old town, which in reality is an easy stroll to the town square in about 5 minutes.. It's a very quiet location away from the...

We bought a 24h Tallin Card for €25/adult and this was worth the price to say the least! With this card we couldgo to the Tv-tower(170 m above ground) which had a lovely view over whole Tallinn. We recommend this very much! All the public transportation was included in the Tallinn Card and it is easy to get around. The...

This place is in a nice location and walkable to the old town places. it is right on the edge of old town so not too loud yet close to the main square. The positives: staff was very nice and accomodating and the breakfast was really good! Some things that are a bit annoying but assuming the price point contributed:...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in a suite. We found the accommodation very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated within easy reach if the ferry terminal although we decided on a 5€ taxi fare to get there. The old town offers brilliant food and coffee at a number of places....

Lovely and beautiful old building and rooms with alot of character. As many others also have experienced, the room was upgraded to a suite (the hotel was fully booked and we stayed two nights), but I'm beginning to suspect this might be a genious way of giving customers a positive surprise upon arrival. ;) But I'm not complaining! :) The...

Well located in the old town of Tallinn, the property is three old houses joined together. A lovely property containing many suites and you stand a good chance of an upgrade if the hotel isn't full. we had a fabulous meal in the hotel restaurant too. Superb food and excellent presentation, and the service in the restaurant was very good....
