The wifi. Ok, the walls are thick, but they've been thick for a very long time, and if you're going to have a luxury hotel, then things should work. The connection in my room could only be described as patchy.

My second time here. Overall great esp. for location. Just needs a Spring clean as still too dusty in places. Was perhaps a bit easier to get things sorted prior to Marriotts involvement. Breakfast is pretty good but I preferred the Savoy Boutique for choice...More
Handsome hotel with spacious rooms, comfy beds and all amenities. Great location in Old Town. I had an Executive room in the new building. Very quiet. Nice buffet breakfast. We had dinner in the Tchaikovsky restaurant. Excellent food , but pretentious service.

You can also use the tram or the bus from the airport - really cheap as well - but the stop is outside of the old town area.
The taxis have a meter - be sure they are switched on when the journey starts...
