Nice room, but a lot of stairs! But worthwhile the trouble. Situated in the old town near the Town Hall Square, very near the towers and the walls. Ideal for walking to all the things to see in Tallinn. Also possible to walk to the former Zsar Peter the Great Palace in Kodriarg Park

Nice hotel in the old town centre of Tallin, good rooms but bit small, to get to the room is a challenge with a labyrint of stairs and corridors. the breakfast is okay and the staff is friendly. good location and reasonable roomrates.

Great hotel, wonderful old building with nicely renowed modern yet still historic rooms. Comfortable and clean, great location in old town and good service. Comfortable beds and very clean room with huge window and nice scenery to old yard. Recommend!

We stayed for two nights and it's a nice hotel in the old town. Near to many interesting historical places. The staff is gentle and helpful. The breakfast buffé is really great and includes champagne 👍🏼😃🍾

Reading some of the reviews on here I really wondered what I'd let myself in for. Sure it has some issues, but they are more than made up for by an amazing building and great staff. The building is labyrinthine in layout and does take a while to get used to but it's tremendously quirky, with distressed walls and antique... More

Nice hotel with medieval atmosphere and good service. The designer which created the interiors is a realy talant person. 5 minutes by foot from the Town hall square. Nourishing and tasty breakfast. I would recommend to stay here.

Very charming, old hotel. Don't expect luxury, but the rooms are nice & clean. No window, except for in the door and above the door in 105, but that wasn't really any problem. Bring earplugs if you are a "light sleeper", the room was definitely not soundproof, but didn't hear a sound between midnight and early morning in my room,... More

Old building hotel, full of stairs, there is no elevator, labyrintic corridors and old fashion furniture. Tiny bathrooms and some rooms are small. The location in old tawn is good. Good value for money breakfast. Helpful staff at reception. Defenitely not acceptable for a 4 star hotel

I have booked economy room for single use. And I can tell for sure such rooms are not acceptable for 4 star hotel. Glass door facing to hotel yard with bar, no windows to open in the room. You have to open the door to get some fresh air. If you want some privacy you have to cover the door... More

It was a short trip after a long period of absence. I enjoyed to see the places I knew and the changes which happened. Nice location in a quiet but very close to the city center place is a great advantage of this hotel. Clean rooms, special atmosphere of Medieval Castle, friendly personal.
