Being a pretty new hotel, this is a clean and nice property with nicely decorated, clean rooms. A very good location next to old town, shopping and the harbor. Pretty nice pool in the 8th floor with nice views. Breakfast was good but REALLY crowded. On the 2nd day our room keys stopped working and as noted by other reviewers,...

Dear Guest Pilvi, Thank you for taking your time to send us your comments. I’m happy to hear that you liked the hotel, its nice and clean rooms and good breakfast. However I’m sorry to read that the service at the reception desk was not on the level it has to be. We have done maintenance of the door lock...

A four star hotel should at least be able to offer enough space for its hotel guests to have breakfast. This hotel cannot offer this simple ask. Both mornings we had to find space in the lobby (not the restaurant) to have breakfast where people were also desperately looking for tables. Staff seemed overwhelmed when I asked for a plate...

Dear Mr. Mark27Ldn, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. I was pleased to note that you felt our location was good and you liked our guest rooms, but naturally disappointed that you were not happy with the breakfast facilities. We do continuous work to organize our breakfast service better during peak season and...

Arriving back after a shopping trip I find my key card doesn't work. After friendly assistance from cleaner I am told I have to go back to Reception and get a new card. So (with shopping) I did. Young man at desk programmed a new card and pushed it at me. No apology, no explanation, no word at all in...

Dear Guest JRW990, Thank you for your review. I understand your frustration regarding the inconvenience with the room key. I was pleased to read that our room maid was friendly and helped you as much as she could. According to safety regulations she couldn’t have opened the door for you as she could not have identified you as a guest...

The hotel is located near to Viru Hotel which is a kind of landmark and center point in Tallinn. It is modern and the rooms are spacy and very functional. Bathroom is great and the beds are good. Breakfast room is growded and the breakfast itself is average, although offers great selection from porrigde to breads, cheeses, sausages. The quantity...

The Nordic Forum hotel is a modern style hotel on the edge of Old Town Tallinn. Nice interior design, a little cool. The welcome from the reception is always friendly. The rooms are good in size, very comfortable beds. Bathrooms are some with shower, others with bath. I heard they are still in the process of upgrading all the rooms...

Just got home from a one night stay at the Nordic. Had high expectations and was not disappointed! Had a room on the fifth floor - nice view, not too noisy and the wifi signal was ok. The location of the hotel is great: walking distance from the harbour, just steps from Old Town and shopping centres very close by....

A long weekend in Tallinn based in this hotel was very good The hotel rooms are clean comfortable and well equipped. This is our third time at the Nordic, and it will not be our last. Great staff. As an example, delivered our delayed luggage to our room at 230 in the morning. Prepared breakfast for us at 345 am for an early departure. Business rooms overlook the street. Nice view. The clanging of streetcars starts early, but is a pleasant...

While we were initially disappointed that we could not get rooms in the Old Town due to the song festival, finding the Nordic Forum was a godsend. The staff was so cordial and knowledgeable and could answer any questions. To enumerate the things we loved about the Nordic Forum: 1) Steps from the Viru gate, and a few blocks from...

A nice modern hotel with up-to-date furnishings. My wifi was OK. The pool/sauna combo on the top floor has a very nice view west towards the Old City. Breakfast was very good: very wide choice at the buffet, but coffee mediocre. I was expecting that things might be cheaper in Estonia, but this was relatively expensive.
