I booked this hotel on Laterooms.com and got a very good price for 2 nights - I asked for a room with a balcony not expecting it but when we arrived were given one of the top floor rooms. The room we were in (514) was spacious and had 2 single beds together with a mattress topper to make it...

The hotel is in an excellent location, just behind the House of the Blackheads. It is very easy to get to from the airport - no.22 bus from the airport and get off at the 11 novembra krastmala stop - it's across the road via the underpass and just round the corner-2-3minswalk.( 0.70c instead of about 15 lats by taxi...

There are many reasons why this Hotel is a good choice for a stay in Riga. Great location in the heart of the old town, minutes walk to just about everything, while at the same time an easy (10 min) walk to the Bus Station. Staff are very helpful and the breakfast buffet is top quality (huge variety). There's also...

We liked Garden Palace very much. Hotel is situated in a 18th century building and is located in the very heart of Riga old town. Service was good and friendly and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. Hotel and rooms are nicely decorated and overall ambiance is nice. Rooms have free WiFi, but unfortunately the connection...

I fell in love with hotel from the moment I made my booking. I emailed the hotel a lot with so many questions, and everything was resolved immediately. The hotel location is perfect - in the very heart of Old Riga. The building of the hotel itself is very beautiful. Teh reception is kind and helpful. Check in was quick...

An excellent location, easy to access from airport with the AirBaltic shuttle or the hotel's car transfert. A quiet place, a quiet lobby and quiet rooms. The breakfast-room is to small as some clients had to wait before finding a table free. The quality of the coffee and of the orange juice can be significantly improved. Rather strange is that...

Our group (8) spent a wonderful two-day golf break at Riga. Stayed in Garden Palace and found hotel and service very good. We were happy to get our rooms from roof, where we stayed our rooms and huge balconies!! next to each other. Rooms were just what we expected - clean and spacey enough. We didn't at the hotel, but...

This hotel looks nothing special from the outside and the reception area is a little dark and ornate, (very typically Russian in style), but it was a super place to stay. Our bedroom was comfortable, spacious and clean, and we had specially requested a quiet room. This we got and it had the bonus of a terrace which overlooked a quiet...

We had booked an upgraded room with balcony and ended up with lame excuses and standard room with no balcony. Internet connection did not work in this room and air conditioning was not working either. Generally bad service. Too bad that great location close to downtown is spoiled by their service.

Location is really good - in the very center of the old Riga. Hotel is well-kept, rooms and facilities are clean. However, note that the rooms are pretty small and basic. Breakfast room is also too small - there was a problem with free seats in the morning. I would say that this is a good 3-star hotel by European...
