Stayed in the hotel for a week with my mum. Overall enjoyed our stay and the hotel was spotlessly clean and staff always doing chores around the communal areas. We didn’t listen to other reviews mentioning the walk to the nearest town being too long as we’re both relatively young compared to typical guests. However, the path combined with the heat did prove a struggle and was slightly too long of a walk even when the sun had gone down. If you’re used to the heat, I’m sure it would be fine.
Bedroom was cleaned everyday to a perfect manner and the staff even noticed I was sleeping with a duvet over the sheet and put it into the sheet for me without asking which was a kind and considerate gesture. These beds were really comfortable. Shower was lovely and large with a really good water pressure, also an option of handheld shower and overhead. Water got hot quickly and stayed at the temp you wanted unlike other hotels which switch between cold and hot every two seconds. Only downside to the room was you had to pay for the safe in the room which we both thought was a bit off that it wasn’t included in all the money you’ve already spent to stay there.
Restaurant food was much nicer than other hotels we’ve been to and lots of options for vegetarians. Served by Beli (think this was her name) and she was lovely and friendly. In fact all staff were lovely and friendly, it was more other guests who weren’t as friendly but they cannot control outsiders!
Easy to hire a car from hotel and option of scooters.
No fight for sun beds as there is plenty, all with their own umbrellas.
Also an easy check in and out.

The resort is in a good location providing easy access to the beaches in the area. There is a small, rocky beach adjacent to the property.

The pool area was crowded, but we only visited it in the late afternoon, so we had no problem finding chairs.

The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean, with quality linens and towels. Being charged to use the safe in the room seems to be the practice in parts of Mallorca, but it strikes me as gouging.

Breakfast was good, but not the best of our trip.

The grounds were well maintained, with beautiful bougainvillea.

Check in and checkout were efficient, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The staff at the desk were helpful and always managed to get us taxis when we needed them to go to dinner.

The biggest plus was it is adults only.

The biggest weakness was parking, which is limited.

I’ve just returned home from a week at this lovely hotel. I was there as a solo female traveller and wanted some time just to relax somewhere peaceful and this was a great choice. Most of the other guests were couples and of mixed nationalities. I found this to be a really positive thing and the atmosphere was just really nice and calm.

Rooms are spacious and clean and hygiene standards in the whole hotel are really good. I paid extra for a sea view room and this was absolutely worth it to me. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise.

The hotel itself has a gym as well as a lovely salt water pool. Sunbeds are plentiful and not all "reserved" with towels, as can be the case elsewhere. Entertainment is really low key, with a few fitness classes during the day and music in the evening.

All inclusive here means a buffet breakfast and dinner with lunch a la carte from the poolside bar. There was plenty of choice and different dietary requirements were catered for. The food is all fresh and good quality and not too repetitive. Drinks are also good and include many, but not all, international branded spirits. The included wines are perfectly drinkable but you can pay extra for nicer bottles if you wish.

The hotel is right on the seafront so the views are gorgeous. It is also some distance away from the nearest resort so it is really quiet. However, you can easily get around the local area and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The transfer from the airport was about 90 minutes as it is the other side of the island.

All the staff I interacted with throughout my stay were lovely and do a fantastic job of looking after the guests.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to people looking for a relaxing holiday away from it all.

Beautiful location, the view from pool, balcony, rooms - everywhere lovely, friendly , helpful staff. Excellent food with wide choice even though we are vegetarian. Very clean. Super walks direct from hotel and the little inlet next to the pool is very safe for swimming. Lovely holiday.

the gym was not well maintained, a piece of equipment was broken even though people knew this and nothing was done about it. Products in the bathroom were not replenished. The staff was generally very friendly but there were only a few who understood English, you were always helped in German while as a Belgian I don't really speak German. The breakfast was a lot but not really good quality, there was not even fresh orange juice yet en too little for people withe gluten allergy. The rooms need also a refresh, at such an expensive rate

The front of the hotel doesn't do what's inside justice. The beautiful panoramic views of the ocean as you walk in are amazing. The large seated area near reception and into the bar as well as outside are perfect for a chill in the evening. The drinks are nice and strong and we enjoyed them a lot! definitely liked the heavy pour.

We ate once in the onsite buffet restaurant. The food was nice and a normal buffet style, we were so tired from travelling so I don't think we could do it justice. A lot of choice though and a nice view overlooking the sea.

The room was nice and clean and I loved the bathroom as it had a massive shower. We had a none sea view room but I can see why people would upgrade to a sea view one. If you can afford the extra definitely worth it.

We went in April so not warm warm yet but one day was particularly hot and we could sit by the pool. We had lunch in the poolside bar most days and that was really nice and service was great.

The guys who worked on reception were brilliant and helped as much as they could all the time. They booked taxis for us and offered recommendations for restaurants as well as try to pre book for us.

We used the spa area everyday as it was raining and not warm yet. Its so relaxing and quiet. It doesn't get too busy but there can be flurries of people but its so chilled with a spectacular view. I also had a massage which was also really nice so worth the treat.

There was a beautiful walk directly from the hotel along the coastal road right into the nearby town.

I would stay here again but perhaps in season.

Fabulous hotel, adults only, exceptionally clean, friendly staff. Great attention to detail. Rooms probably in need of a bit of renovation but great location away from hustle and bustle, reasonable prices for food, drinks and snacks ( there is an all inclusive option but we didn’t have that). Pool was great and seaviews were spectacular from the rooms and the terraces. Rugged and unspoiled. No beach to speak of but easily reached just a few km away if you want that. 15 minute walk to any other bars/restaurants but bus and train stops at the hotel door. Thanks to Natalie for the great day trip to Alcudia, to the lovely restaurant staff, the friendly bar staff, the snack bar staff and the pool and reception staff. Spa was a great experience too ( Maria Paula) - and finally the housekeeping staff who kept the place spotless. The majority of guests seem to be from Germany, not a problem at all but expect to be regularly greeted as a German guest. English is spoken, just not the first consideration. A minor issue - the WiFi is great in the reception area but regularly drops out in the rooms and pool areas. A booster would be a welcome addition. Overall, superb.

This hotel was truly amazing [although a little way from the main airport - so be sure to book a comfy private transfer]. Check in was friendly and efficient, and we were offered a choice of drink as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and the bed comfy, with efficient air-con. Evening entertainment was varied and entertaining. The all inclusive package was really 'to die for' with the choice of food and drinks being amazing. When ordered spirits always ask for a name brand that is included [on the menu AI] otherwise you might be given a 'local spirit' version.

The food was varied and changed every day, with themes and a variety of freshly cooked to order fish and meats.

The location really is fabulous, you are basically right next to a bright blue ocean, comfy sunbeds, complimentary towels [changed MTF], a pool bar which also served snacks [cooked to order] during the daytime.

If you are up for a relaxing AI deal this place is to be put very high on your list of options.

Lovely hotel, very clean, very comfortable beds and constantly hot, powerful showers. Food consistently very good. Nearest resort is a good twenty minute walk away (doable but on a hot day seems further!). Would be a nice walk if there wasn’t so much dog poo (but that is obviously nothing to do with the hotel). Lovely location but there is no beach. The beach at Cala Agulla (5min drive away) is lovely. My only gripe with hotel was you had to pay a €12 charge if you wanted to use the safe in the room. Overall, really lovely hotel and the best bit, no kids!!

Nice facilities with a small private beach (stoney) and a lovely spacious pool close to the shore. The food was delicious, with always fresh fish and meat directly from the grill, local food, European dishes and tasty dessert. The staff was a blast, always carrying a smile and helpful in any situation. Cala Ratjada is a 15min walk away along the shore. They have cars to rent right at the reception with full assurance for a fair price. No need to reserve your own from a rental car vendor. Also bicicles and SUP are available to rend. There was live music every night outside until 22:30 which was lovely to listen to or even dance a little.
