We stayed with a large family gather over the weekend, come back after a year or two. The guesthouse is about 3-minutes from the center and the castle, with ample parking and great breakfast. The host arrange a prompt booking in one of the restaurants right upon arrival.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights on a cycle tour. Mikulov is a beautiful town with lots of history. Well worth a visit and plenty to see: apart from the picturesque town square, worth visiting the Jewish Cemetry, walking up Holy Hill, and seeing inside the church of St John the Baptist at the bottom of the... A charming pension that appears well cared for and in a great location. Mikulov is picturesque and easy to walk in although a little hilly in places. Rooms—the door to our room was on the right hand side just after one enters the pension and our room faced the street. Our room was one of the least expensive of the... More

The attractive 6 room family-run Pension Baltazar is ideally situated in Mikulov in the beautifully restored section of the historic Jewish area just five minutes walking from the town center. It is able to offer a quiet stay and, if one has a car or a bike, a secure place to park. This is in addition to the spacious nicely... More

Pension Baltazar is a lovely 6 room hotel in the center of Mikulov. The history of the building, told by the owners, makes you feel like you are staying someplace special. Room #2 faces the street and is small, but functions. There is a small seating area, nice bathroom and a king size bed. Problem was, we were there on... More

The pension is very clean, tidy and great for mikulov town centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. . Shower has great water pressure. Liked the breakfast of fresh fruit, breads, juice and coffee. When going by car, note the gps may direct you to the front of the house, difficult small roads, however their parking area is at... This is everything you want a B&B to be. It is well located in the old Jewish quarter of Mikulov - a pleasant stroll into the centre whichever way you go. Well appointed very spacious bedrooms with all the amenities you need and comfortable beds. An extremely warm welcome from the owner. Somewhere safe to store your bicycles - if... More

This boutique hotel run by two brothers did an amazing job. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortably decorated. Perfectly situated in a charming village. Breakfast was also excellent! Very caring hosts and always available to guide you. By the way, they have hotels in two other locations; Telc and Chesky Krumlov. When planning, consider the other locations!

We spent two nights here and loved it. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and comfortable. It's extremely quiet at night so we slept well. The breakfast includes a variety of foods to suit almost anyone: cereal, fruit, pastries, breads, and bacon and eggs. The owner speaks good English and was very helpful and friendly. He recommended excellent restaurants which we enjoyed... More
