Old grand hotel with lots of heritage where you expect to have al lovely few days, being pampered and breathing the atmosphere of bygone years. This could easily be the case but unfortunately the management hasn’t don’t his lovely place justice by infusing it with really poor service. We arrived late evening, got the key and were sent on our...

We stayed at the Admirals Garden and it was delightful. Charming Danish design warm, sturdy with modern decor. The main building served a fine breakfast with very helpful staff. A well stocked bar with beautiful garden. Halfway from beach to downtown and near the train station. Fun, charming, practical and historic. Enjoy.

Was there for lunch and had a great experience. Food was good and the service warm, pleasant and old fashioned. Our waitress was sweet and we got treated like old, high society family even though we wasn't quite dressed up for that :) Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

We had a very Small room, poorly clean, just sufficient the hospitality. They applied a charge for payment by credit card. It is allowed but it is not elegant for a quality hotel. The breakfast is really very accurate. Poor quality Wifi.

Expensive, but well worth the money, this ancient artists' hotel in Skagen has more than its share of charm. The reception is unusually warm and friendly. The rooms are small, simple, but full of charm. The main building is to be preferred as there is might be a bit of noise coming from the street if you choose on of...

Sat outside in the garden and had the full Monty - a six course menu with wine menu. What a treat - had three small tasters before we hit the menu. Michelin chef Michel Michaud, had outdone himself and we even had the luxury of being served by his granddaughter! A must visit by remember to make reservations.

Had the pleasure staying in room 102 where Hans Christian Andersen once stayed. The room is tiny, but has a beautiful view of the romantic garden with its green lawns and white furniture. During the day the garden is visited by s lot of guests and when the sun sets it gets quiet.

We are staying four nights for a wedding. The hotel is a beautiful historical hotel with very kind and attentive staff. The building has a central courtyard where the hotel restaurant serves lunch and dinner, a nice place to enjoy a quiet coffee, sip a glass of wine or eat your fill from the great restaurant. The rooms are nice,...

We have stayed here once before some ten years ago so we came back. We had a nice enough room in the Admirals section which is a good 200 meters from the main hotel. Rooms in the main building do NOT have private bathrooms (!) so they were out for us. Our room was ok but with a very small...

If you book at room at Brøndums Hotel in Skagen you need to choose one of the rooms at Admiral Gården. This is an annex down the street. The plus side to this is that some of the rooms have their own bath and toilet. The rooms are good without being great. The building is old and the windows and...
