Bi-polar showers, hot, cold, hot repeat, moldy shower curtains. Uncomfortable beds. Very noisy to the early hours of the morning. One out of three staff members were polite, the female was very rude. Very good location is all.

yes, i know that it is a backpackers, and booked it knowing that. I have stayed in some rough places in my life but wow. From the fat controller on the front desk to the very dodgy security screens on the windows... I could deal with that, but i am not a prude, but surely, pubic hair in the shower?...

It's a backpackers... so know what you're in for before you book. I've stayed in backpackers joints around the world and this place is kind of on the lower side of average, though far from the worst I've experienced. It's a pretty old building and a little worse for wear, but it's got what you need (a roof). My bed...

The bad smell is caused by mold (on walls) which causes health problems especially if you are allergic or if you have asthma! As well noisy (reduced noise after 11pm is told but ignorated by the management) dirty, no aircon, small rooms... Never ever stay here!

Our experience was terrible. Reception was OK, but when we entered our room ... Shock! It was dirty (like dirty socks and trash everywhere) and had a really bad smell. We just left our backpacks there. I complained on reception about state of our room and they said that they will check it (but they did nothing). In evening when...

The rooms are not badly it is they have an ability of maximum 8 people in comparison to others that overcome the 10 people. As a...

Stayed in a private room which was very clean and cleaners came everyday to take away rubbish! The bathrooms were clean and even witnessed them being cleaned by the cleaner. Very basic place to stay but sleep quality was good. Not a great atmosphere was pretty quiet!

So this is how it is; You get there and very pretty backpackers are working the reception desk. So far so normal. The conversation about your booking and how to do it on their computer system all occurs in German including figuring out how you were to pay for your room (despite the fact I'd already paid). Then you get...

I stayed in the womens dorm which was cheap but relatively private as a 6 bed dorm goes. The place was cleaned daily but did have a bit of an old threadbare feel to it. I got clean sheets, no suspicious stains on the bed and had a laugh with the staff almost every day. I stayed here for about...

We decided to get a cheap room (with ensuite bathroom) in Fremantle as we just needed a place to spend the night before a full planned day at Rottnest Island. As backpackers accomodation goes, there was a number of residents lounging around the shared community areas - great if you wish to share stories and plans. The room itself was...

“Single or double rooms are very noisy, insane, do not get a room at the top of the stairs, others love to jump on the top of the stairs and yell. Dorm rooms are much better for noise, mattresses terrible though.”
