This is one of our favourite places to stay after and before catching the ferry. A 2 minute drive from the terminal and handy to the township it is a compact and well managed park with good facilities. We always use the cabin option and find them to be spotless as are the kitchen facilities. Whilst there is a nuisance...

Nothing wrong with the park itself, and our motorhome site was well positioned, but as it is on the lorry route to the ferry it suffers from trucks running their engines the other side of the hedge from where you are trying to sleep. Definitely need earplugs, but then you need a LOUD alarm!

We stayed in one of the little chalets. It was very clean. Warm and comfortable. Staff were very helpful arranging our midnight arrival and early departure to catch the ferry. Great spot- wish we could have stayed longer

This little park is the first one we have visited in NZ that ticks all the boxes. Though small, grounds are clean and location is so convenient close to ferry and groceries etc.. The kitchen/lounge is perfectly stocked with everything you might need; heaps of equipment like pots and pans, plates and cutlery, cleaning sponges and detergent. Also had two...

Stayed here in our rental campervan the night of the earthquake. We went to the park directly from disembarking the ferry at noon. We got set up and walked into town. It is a nice easy stroll to town and all the cute shops and restaurants. The bathroom was spotless and the first one I didn't feel compelled to wear...

This is a relatively small site within a few minutes drive of the ferry and is a clean, neatly kept and tidy site. The facilities are good, having washing machine & driers, kitchen, common room, dump site and the showers were hot clean and well appointed.

The facilities were very clean and well kept. The cabins were small but cosy and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only a short walk into town. Very beautiful little place. Would recommend the walks around the beach and surrounding area.

This small camper van park is very convenient if you are leaving early or arriving late on the Cook Strait ferry. The facilities are spotlessly clean and well maintained. Connection points have electricity and water. Good laundry and shower/bathroom facilities.

Staff were very helpful from the phone call through to assisting us in the dark to get sorted. Very friendly. Bathroom areas were warm, with no cold concrete floors, the shower cubicles were well set up, with no draughts.
