Even though this park meets all other reviews I have read of it I consider it to be rather overpriced for what is provided. Promoted on another websites at $36 per night for a campervan with 2 people, but were charged $42.50 less Kiwi Park discount. They say that they are dog friendly but you are not allowed to walk...

This small park would have to be one of the best presented in New Zealand. A professional and efficient front desk, spotless facilities, comfortable cabin with fresh linen. Well maintained grounds. Close to the township which has many nice cafes. Only stayed one night as we were travelling onto Christchurch but considered this a worthy haven.

Stayed here before catching an early ferry and it was a lovely little site. The facilities were really good and the owner very helpful. It's just a 10 minute walk into town and so close to the ferry that it is ideal. This has to be your choice if you are staying in Picton.

Stayed here in January. Had great service from the owners, Kevin and Tyas. Nothing was too much trouble. Place was spotless and facilities excellent. Great stop either off or going onto the Ferry. The showers were hot, the kitchen very clean and WiFi available. Short walk into town.

It was our first time staying in a holiday park and it was lovely! Kevin was extremely helpful, the little cabin was just what we needed, and the bathrooms were immaculately clean. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here for access to the Marlborough region--it's walking distance to the ferry terminals and town.

We stayed in our campervan for 3 nights. It's a lovely small site, the showers and kitchen are spotless, towels and cloths are changed daily and there are lots of utensils for use in the kitchen. The managers are very friendly and helpful. We rated this the best site we stayed in NZ.

Wonderful clean cabins, linen provided at little cost. T.V. a bonus. Spotless kitchen and shower facilities. A most superbly run place. Only problem for the "oldies" is getting in and out of the top bunk. Feel like a giant baby trapped in a playpen. Would be better to have a single bed in lieu of the sofa, maybe? Divan by...

This is a small but clean and well managed site. It is just a few hundred meters from the ferry terminal. The sites are spacious and offset in a herringbone fashion. The toilets were spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. The main road to the ferry runs alongside the park but we were not bothered by noise.
