Quiet and relaxing "bach" accommodation. Went for our wedding anniversary and proved to be a perfect place for a couple to chill out. Comfortable and secluded. Nice walks nearby. There are many vineyards on Waiheke and you can walk to a couple from here. Apart from this you will need to hire a car, as Koi Roc is relatively remote...

We had never been to Waiheke island before. Jo gave us lots of information about trails to walk on, places to ride our bikes and places to eat. She was very helpful and friendly. When we had a problem with the heater, they fixed it right away. I asked that air fresheners be removed before we showed up because the...

The cottage we stayed in at Koi Roc was very nice indeed. Very private and an amazing view overlooking the bay nearby. We are kiwis who live in the UK but spent over 30 years growing up in New Zealand and this was our first time visiting Waiheke Island. Why did we wait so long?! The sounds of nature and...

Thank you for placing feedback. We are delighted to hear that you had a wonderful experience and appreciated the magnificent views, private and tranquil surroundings. We are so very fortunate to have the Batch Winery as our neighbouring property - where guests can sample amazing wine and food whilst taking in spectacular 180 degree birds eye views across the island....

So glad we got the chance to stay here. Great property in a great spot. And our hosts could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. The complete package. Do yourself a favour .... The property is immaculate. The view from the deck is amazing. The bedroom facing the water makes for a great living picture at night.

Beautiful location and great view across the water, we enjoyed the tranquility when all you could hear was the wildlife in the surrounding bush. Having said this if you nearly pay $300 per night you would expect to have sufficient towels in the bathroom, toothpaste and other toiletries and enough milk in the fridge to have a coffee in the...

Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the magnificent views and peaceful/tranquil surroundings. I was disappointed to hear that you felt that the supplies were insufficient. The cleaners are meant to supply 1 x towel per person per night, a 150ml carton of milk and ensure there is enough coffee...

Very nice indeed. Very private. I would stay here again. Clean, comfortable bed. Private lawn with beautiful view. If heavy curtains in the bedroom were added and a solid door on the bathroom I'd give it 5/5. Very good for the price charged.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay in The Pad. The views are stunning. Ideally you need a car as it is a little way from all the main centres but that is part of its charm. The place is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals including a bbq. We were glad of the heaters provided...

We stayed in the Pad at Koi Roc for our baby-moon and it was just the perfect getaway location. The highlights we the amazing views from the back deck and garden which looked over the bay towards Auckland. Each night we enjoyed fresh Waiheke food while we watched the stars and lights of Auckland come out. Koi Roc is close...

Loved our time staying here, perfect place for a weekend getaway. Private, secluded and a great view. 'The Pad' was beautifully presented and the whole experience was hassle free. Would recommend having a car of your own if staying here as it is a little way out of the main centers which is one of the best things about this...

“Would reccomend hiring a car as it is wee way away from the centre of Waiheke, and biking may be too steep unless you are super fit, but is close enough to wonderful vineyards and restaturants to make taxis not too painful.”
