LOVED this place! The casa owners are a wonderful couple. The rooms are spacious & have private bathrooms. The best part is the gorgeous, interior courtyard which is right off your room. <3 We had our best breakfast in all of Cuba here. Highly recommend staying with this wonderfully friendly couple right by the main plaza of Trinidad!

This pretty colonial house is very centrally located! Former surgeon Ayala and his wife are vety helpful hosts, will make recommendations if needed! They feed you breakfast like you haven't eaten in weeks!

Authentic colonial house in one of the main streets of Trinidad. Close to the most important attractions and restaurants. Amazing terrace on the top of the house, without view but perfect for resting with a cigar and a glass of rum after dinner. Good rooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning: a little noisy the one on the street side...

We had 3 nights staying in Trinidad at the Casa Ayala. Dr and Mrs Ayala were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a spacious, clean and airy room. The beautiful courtyard where we ate breakfast was delightful and quiet. Breakfasts were delicious. The Casa is an old colonial house with family treasures throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with...

What a fabulous place to stay in Trinidad. We had such a lovely time at Casa Ayala where we were treated like family. The Casa itself is a colonial house with beautiful antique furniture and a lovely central courtyard. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful and served on beautiful china - quite posh! The location is fantastic - very central...

Ayala and Mrs Ayala were really welcoming and we had a wonderful 3 nights in Trinidad. The Casa is located really centrallly but was quiet at night and the air conditioning was faultless ( a big marker for me!) It is Ayalas family home spanning generations with all sorts of paintings, chins7 furniture to prove it. One of our sons...

This Casa was just lovely. The owners were extremely friendly and you really feel like you are staying in someone's home. The Casa has a wonderful feel and is home to authentic antiques. Its location is great, just a few minutes walk from the main square. The rooms were lovely, clean and much better than other places we stayed. We...

This was a lovely place to stay in Trinidad, perfectly located for restaurants, bars and sites. Yes, as with all Casa accommodation in Cuba the rooms can be pretty basic but this was clean and perfectly serviceable. What made this Casa was the authentic feel to the place, the quiet court yard, fantastic breakfast and friendly hosts.

My sister and I stayed at Casa Ayala for one night in January - we wished that we could have stayed longer! The Ayalas were such lovely hosts and went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable and easy. The room we stayed in was great- two big beds and a nice bathroom. The house has a...

The house itself is authentically Cuban, as it was when the only the Ayala's lived there.Or perhaps not but definitely feels that way. Accommodations are very comfortable and functional without being luxurious, but believe me that's the way you want them to have the full Trinidad's experience. What makes the Casa exceptional is the Ayalas themselves, they are warm and...
