The Hostel is nearby the city center and the staff is amazing. I think it is the best choice in Trinidad. The hostel has a Terrace with a wonderful view of the plaza mayor. There is also free wifi for all guests. Last but not least the restaurant of the hostel is very good.

We stayed at Hostal Elrintintin for 3 nights in March 2016 and it was a terrific stay. Mariela, the owner is very friendly and accommodating and all the staff and really nice. The building itself is right near the main square so very well located. Plus it's right at the base of a short hike up to the radio tower...

We had an absolutely fantastic time here. Amazing sunsets, great food and great people! Make sure to go at least twice. They will recognize you and make you feel more than welcome. The people at the restaurant were amazingly friendly and true Cubans. Looking back on the trip this has been one of the standout experiences. Thanks Mariela!!! Be sure...

Many thanks to Mariele and Lorenzo for hospitality, friendship and nice dinner in restaurant with really Cuban atmosphere! We spent great days in Trinidad feeling there as at home. Go there, seat on terazza, listen Cuban music looking over the city from the top.

Stayed at hostal Rintintin for 4 nights.. We were welcomed by the owner with a cup of Canchera on the house, which is a drink with rum and honey, originating from Trinidad.. After the drink we were shown our room, it was on the 2nd floor, right below the terrace.. We noticed that there wasn't a refrigerator as expected, so...

This is one of the worst places, I have had the misfortune to stay at. The hostel is located in the middle of Trinidads restaurant and party area, and there is noise from the terrace over the rooms till midnight, and noise from the street and a discotheque nearby till 3 in the morning. There is no windows to keep...

I stayed here with my husband and from all the 4 places we stayed in Cuba, here was the best breakfast we had. Lots of fruits (bananas, pineapple and papaya), mango or guayaba juice, tea, yogurt, eggs (they always asked how we wanted them), cheese, honey, even cakes. We couldn't move after eating it. It seemed like breakfast and lunch...
