I stayed here with my husband and from all the 4 places we stayed in Cuba, here was the best breakfast we had. Lots of fruits (bananas, pineapple and papaya), mango or guayaba juice, tea, yogurt, eggs (they always asked how we wanted them), cheese, honey, even cakes. We couldn't move after eating it. It seemed like breakfast and lunch...

The host, Mariela, absolutely makes this place! It's very centrally located, with a second casa about a fifteen minute walk away if you want complete quiet (yes, the disco beat is loud, but it's not every night). The rooms are rudimentary, but have private bathrooms and are very clean. The food is delicious, fresh, and made with love! One night...

The rooms in this hostel are extremely loud due to the very nearby Casa de la Musica (which does not have a roof!!). Not even earplugs help, because the bass amplifier makes tremble the entire house. The noise lasts until 2:30 in the morning, every night. I'm surprised by the many positive reviews of the casa, the respective people may...

Found it accidentally when we came to Trinidad late in the evening. And it was a big luck for us. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the rooftop terrace is a very special place for a romantic evening. Many fine restaurants are located nearby. Special thanks go to Mariela, who makes this place what it is. She is...

The place is clean and the staff friendly. There is a great view from the balcony, we spent some afternoons just sitting there drinking wine (you can get wine from a store 30 meters down the street). All rooms are good, we if you have a choice ask for the ones on the second floor. They are a bit more...

Mariela and Lorenzo have the perfect spot in Trinidad. The hostal is located right in the city center with a roof top terrace with a view over the city, mountains and you can end your day having the perfect sunset. Mariela made us delicious breakfast and dinner - huge and tasty lobsters:-)

Super clan. Perfect location. Great terrace. Generous breakfast. I have been in many casas along my trips to Cuba, this one is definitely a very good one. For many reasons but most of all for its hospitality. Mariela and Lorenzo were very kind to help us.

We stayed 5 nights at El Rintintin in Trinidad. Mariela and Lorenzo are such a lovely couple and took great care of us during the whole time. They gave us great tips on getting a good price for different touristic trips in the Trinidad area and organized a cab to get to Vinales. The case itself is very well taken...
