Ruth welcomed us very warmly and with a delicious piña colada! She's very friendly, kind and cheerful! The place is very clean and tidy. The breakfast is muy rico and diverse, as well as the dinner! And I strongly recommend going for a tour to playa María Aguilar and playa Ancón, speacially in the points where there are coral reefs...

We actually didn't stay at this casa, but: We made a reservation for three nights. When we got to Trinidad, we were picked up and brought to a different casa, casa "portal". The casa owner said that Rut has a problem with the a/c and they work together so we can stay at his casa. This was surprising considering we...

Very welcoming host with small amount of English spoken. Clean rooms with AC and minibar. Shower was very weak although we didn't complain. Was quite a walk into town but other than that highly recommend. She also washed my clothes for 1 CUC and 5CUC breakfast was best I had in Cuba.

We stayed 3 nights at Casa Ruth and we really enjoyed it. Ruth and her husband are wonderful, very helpful hosts who made us feel like home at their casa. I had a great opportunity to practice my Spanish every day because Ruth speaks very little English. It was great experience for me and my phrasebook. Casa is located 20...

We really enjoyed our 2 days at Casa Ruth. Ruth is a wonderful hostess and couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfasts were very good, the rooms clean and comfy and the bathroom more than adequate. It a 20 minute walk to the old plaza but no problem and you get to see a lot of the town. Somebody in...

Our accommodation was on the first floor and comprised a double bedroom with efficient and very welcome air conditioning, a kitchen diner and a shower toilet. It was immaculately clean and we slept very well on the comfortable bed. Breakfast was a lovely combination of fruit, crepes and eggs (however you like them) over three courses, served outside in a...

I had a small apartment to myself with a kitchen, private bath (with a very hot shower), a terrace and access to a large shared sunroof -- all immaculate and peaceful. But the best part was waking up in a room painted the colour of the sky to the sound of horse-drawn carriages going and street vendors on the street....

Clean room, airco, good shower. Our room was big enough given that we have our diving gear with us. Our friends had a complete apartment. We could share. There is a fridge with water and beer. Breakfast is perfect. And the coffee is good and strong. It is a little bit out of the center. But that is what we...

Ruth gives a warm welcome with coffee and refreshing juice in her little courtyard garden, very grateful for this after the drive from Vinales. Her casa is a short walk from the main square and has about 5 rooms. Ours was opening onto the courtyard at the rear and quiet. The room was spacious with a large fridge stocked with...
