Staff seemed indifferent to my report of a hole in the carpet. Disappointed to be charged to use the computer in the business center. Cost over $7.00 to print out museum tickets. Kind of nickel and dimey

This is a 2 or 3 star hotel that is trying to make itself look like a 4 star hotel. Very few amenities. Staff not very responsive. They couldn't handle the crowd at lunch - which I imagine happens very time there is some type of conference there.

Good service and above-the-average experience at the adjacent bar. Of course it is somehow pricey, but you should expect it in such premises. Staff was responsive and friendly. The rooms tidy and bug free; could have been a bit bigger, but tbh we were only staying there to sleep - there is too much to do around Washington DC!

I was at Art & Soul restaurant for a graduation event and the staff and food were amazing. Vernon & Mohammed were on point when it came to making sure that all of our needs were met. They were consistent, friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back

Location, location! Do check when Congress sits as this seems to determine room charges. Good value for money even for those without expense accounts! Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast set up excellent.

I stayed at the Liaison Capitol Hill Hotel in Washington, D.C. this weekend and encountered horrid customer service. I arrived at the hotel at 9pm on 5/20 after a long travel day from Europe, with my co-worker who happens to be 8-months pregnant. Although we had booked separate rooms, we were instructed to check in together and then nonchalantly informed...

My family and I stayed here during our week visit. It was very nice, my best feature is the rooftop pool, however the weather did not permit as it was pretty chilly while I was there. The hotel is very convenient to Capitol Hill as well as all the other attractions.

The Liaison is a clean, nicely decorated hotel with friendly staff. It was too cold for the pool to be open when I stayed there so I cannot comment on that. The only negatives are that the gym is so small and not well equipped and the extra $19.99 they charge for each day you stay there. Why can't the...

While the rooms were clean and the hotel close to Union Station, that is the best that I could say about this hotel. Staff were not particularly helpful. The restaurant menu and hours did not accommodate my work schedule on the weekend.
