I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip. One night I called for room service... It took 20 minutes on hold before I called the front desk who transferred me to another 5 on hold. I called the front desk again and asked them to place the order. My $18 sandwich (which I accepted was high...

The customer service of this hotel is abysmal. Nobody answers their service lines, despite calling repeatedly. You're nickled and dimed and every turn with paying to print in the business center, paying $13 a day for wifi in your room, and paying extra for room service delivery if you order from the hotel's restaurant. I'm staying here now, and if...

The property is well maintained, and the service was good. We were part of a large volleyball weekend taking place on President's Weekend. A few comments about price. Overnight Parking is $59.00/night, and many were able to find parking within a block of the hotel for less than the one night fee for the entire weekend. As the group was...

Great facility in a prime location right off Thomas Circle. Safe, vibrant, lots of bars and restaurants. Walking distance to my office. Best thing is the team here really strives to recognize their most loyal guests and they go to great lengths to make sure my stays are enjoyable. Steve runs the operation and takes a great interest in any...

One word describes this property - beige. Someone with a very poor aesthetic sense has designed this property to be the most boring in the world. the carpets in the room are especially galling - feels like someone has puked on it. the hotel seems to be terribly understaffed - it's customary to have to wait 15 minutes on the...

I have stayed at this property in the past and it is always consistently exceeding my expectations. Not only the location and the facilities are awesome but the hotel team is always so welcoming. This past weekend, they went out of their way being responsive to our needs. From our phone receptionist at Guest Services, Louiz, to our breakfast server,...

We stayed for two nights for a short DC visit. We had never been to DC before and just wanted to take a look around since we recently moved nearby. You cant beat what you get for the price. We had them keep our car for our time in DC. Its pricey, but is competitive in the area. My teenage...

I stayed at this hotel in January and the experience was very average. The hotel was not bad, but not great either. I chose this property for the value and my previous experiences with Westins/Starwood Properties. Staff was friendly at check-in and check-out, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of warm...

The rooms are very clean and the hotel lobby is beautiful. Location is very good as you can quickly walk to CVS for snacks, and the White House. However, be aware of the excessive prices at the bar! My family participated in the "make a green choice" event which gives you a $5 voucher for food and drinks. I ordered...

It's a common business hotel, I would say. The room I had was rather outdated, and only basic amenities such as shampoo and body lotion. My bathrobe seemed rather dirty so chose not to use it. The signal on the tv was not great either so it freezes. The gym was very good and so was to room service menu....
