1345 4th St. NE, DC, just off New York Ave. This is an industrial area, with a "farmers market" nearby. Lots of big truck traffic, if Ur a tourist u can't walk anywhere nearby to c anything good. This will not make a good home base for visiting all the tourist areas. This place is dirty, two story basic Motel...

DO NOT STAY HERE, several hundred dollars of clothes and jewelry was stolen over the weekend of Nov 21-23, 2015. I called to report it to the manager, Ryan Morgan, he was quick to tell me that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items, so I am SOL!!! I think it was one particular housekeeping staff member! If...

Staff were friendly, but the accommodation was very basic. The whole place is very dated. I don't mind staying in basic (cheap) hotels, but even I will spend a bit more next time I'm in DC. Pros - cheap. Friendly staff. Cons - dated. Noisy air con. Very basic.

I stayed here for a night to pick up my daughter. Location is bad. Really rough area and nowhere near anything. 2 cabbies were telling me how it used to be a pay by the hour place. But staff were friendly and I got what I paid for, not a great deal. Security guard at night was a comfort.

I stayed here for 2 nights in May. The location is pretty bad - a rather rough and seedy area. The room was quite large and a good sized TV set. There was free coffee at the reception area in the morning which was very good. The first night was pretty noisy but the second night was much quieter. The...

Aproximatelly 2,9 miles from the start line for RnR Marathon. They offer parking but not breakfast. The room smells cigarrets. Besides, it is very small. Near road 50 E (New York) avenue), the noisy is high. Good just to save some money.

I chose to stay here because it was in DC so the drive to the museums wouldn't be long. The front desk was unhelpful with all questions. It was far from the attractions. Both nights I stayed I was woken by screaming and furniture being thrown. The bathroom looked to have mold growing near the tub and toilet. Would not...

I had stayed in the Motel 6 in Richmond (and reviewed it) and when I was looking for accommodation in Washington DC, it was all quite expensive. I paid over $100/night for a basic room. Very noisy air conditioner but at least it drowns out the sound of some of the sirens that go all night! My room was clean,...
