This hotel is in a great area with many restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed. The hotel staff and management were courteous and attentive. The breakfast buffet had many quality choices.

Don't ask me since you can see I had a problem. Typically the hotel will honor the best rate as long as it is not a nonrefundable room. The hotel eventually came through for me. Basically the Fairmont Corporation are run by fair people but the pricing seems to be all over the place. We have been there many times and I have enjoyed each stay.... beautiful hotel, recently renovated.
