Enjoyed a Marriott Rewards stay with my family here in mid April for Spring break. The hotel is a converted bank with a nod to the vaults and other banking decor. Lobby, business center and cafeteria are nicely remodeled and typical Marriott quality. The room we were in (725) was a bit cramped for 4 people but we managed fine....

We stayed at this Courtyard Hotel mainly for its location. It is located in the center of Washington DC, walkable distance to the white house and National Mall. There are tons of restaurants around. There was some misunderstanding regarding to the booking I made the night before our trip. When we got to the hotel, we found out that they...

We were in town to celebrate upcoming family member's graduation. This was our second stay at property and quality was consistent! Last time it was for a family wedding. Rooms, lobby, work out rooms all very clean. Staff throughout property very nice, friendly and genuine. Food in breakfast area and attached restaurant very good. Smithsonian museums all within a few...

Our family of four stayed here this past week during a vacation to see the memorials and museums. The hotel and our room were very clean, and every staff member we encountered during our 4-night stay was friendly and helpful. Although our room was on the small side, the beds were very comfortable and the view was great - looking...

Was there on business trip. Comfortable room and pretty quiet. Bed are nice and well appointed rooms. My only issue was that the room I was in had a large post a few feet away from the bed. I almost hit it a few time when getting up from the bed. I never seen this. It is the usual Courtyard...

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for your review of our hotel. I’m happy to see that the location, which is in the heart of downtown Washington DC, was convenient. I also see in your comments that although your room was comfortable and quiet, you were disappointed with the design and layout. Our building was originally constructed in 1891 and was...

Standard Marriott branded hotel and room design. No frills or thrills. Thankful for the free wifi but after all I'm a Marriott Rewards member. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and a short walk to the convention center. I'd stay again if I had to for business.

I stayed at this hotel as it is close to my company's DC office. I was pleasantly surprised at the upgrades and newer amenities at this hotel. I ate at the buffet for breakfast and it was fairly affordable considering it's downtown DC. As far as my room - room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Check in was easy and...

I typically stay at other Marriott hotels in the DC area, so this was my first time at this facility. I have to say this is not your typical Courtyard! Firstly, the staff are top notch - incredibly accommodating, courteous, and responsive. While the hotel doesn't standardly offer many benefits for rewards members and no longer has a concierge lounge,...

The only reason I stay at this hotel is my company forced me. They offer nothing for free. No free water or snacks. No free breakfast or happy hour. Their room service is outrageously expensive. 4th floor ice machine hasn't worked in weeks. In room refrigerator is smaller than a microwave and totally useless. Can't stand a normal bottle upright....
