It was my birthday during Covid and there wasn’t too much we felt comfortable doing so we started planning for a night out safely in a room. I had seen this hotel back in December but we went with another hotel. This time I already knew where I wanted to go, and I had the best experience ever from beginning to end! Robert Clark (the GM) made my reservations and accommodations according to the purpose- my birthday! I was greeted with wine and a signed birthday card from the entire hotel staff upon arrival to my room! The hotel is gorgeous and clean! The pictures tell the truth and may not even give it enough justice! We had a wine hour in the beautiful lobby (for free) and the wine was very tasty! We woke up to a nice variety of grab and go breakfast! This hotel caterers to their guests and is very upscale! I look forward to staying here again! Side note- I would recommend to have hand sanitation stations on ever my floor at the elevators but other than that, I would rate this hotel a 95/100!…
I would like to publicly thank the hotel manager Robert Clark for such a lovely stay in this beautiful and immaculately clean hotel. Despite the Covid restrictions and limitations Robert has kept the high standards of a 4 star hotel with a limited staff. The owners of this hotel should regard such efforts. Thank you again!
Late writing this review but I had another excellent stay during the Labor Day weekend. The hotel staff have taken COVID protocols seriously and the hotel is spotless (as usual). I did miss the afternoon wine social but it being canceled is understandable. Upon check-in they gave me a "COVID" kit with a cloth mask, wipes and a tube of travel sized spray sanitizer that I still refill. Very nice touch! They were more than accommodating and allowed me to store my luggage in my room since I had a late flight which allowed me to do other things without having to pull around my bag. Thank you to all the staff that are working hard during these challenging times.
I'm truly in awe of the amazing service and hospitality provided by the staff at The St. Gregory Hotel. I was only a day guest at the hotel, but was treated better than a VIP. The staff, especially Robert, the General Manager truly went above and beyond to make our visit one of my most memorable hotel experiences to date. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with wonderful little seating pockets and a charming, warm, and sophisticated ambiance. With COVID, there are a lot of concerns and restrictions, yet Robert still went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of in a safe & appropriate manner. I truly cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful team at The St. Gregory Hotel.
I was on a business trip and stayed at the St Gregory, for 5 nights. The hole was very accommodating for the guests. They have great protocols in place to make you feel that everything is sanitized and ready for your stay. I was pleased to see that the restaurant was also open for business. There was no reason to find a carry out service this the great food options that were available on property.
