4 day business conference trip......perfect location....metro right outside the door.....major shopping mall right next door.....awesome staff....glorious food....room amenities aplenty...Champagee at check-in! So why the 4 stars? Only 2 of 3 elevators operational. Got a letter of apology from management, but it was PAINFUL. Room did not have an overview book so had no idea that there was a fitness center...

Having spent a good portion of the last week at the Ritz I cannot say enough good things. Most of the time at the hotel was in the club lounge where the staff could not have been more accommodating. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and eager to help. They became friends by the end of the stay. Looking forward to my...

I didn't stay at the hotel, however I had to work a major conference for my employer so this review will reference the conference area and etc. The conference area was definitely accommodating for the 300+ people we had in attendance. Although we ran into a number of technical glitches with the AV services we've contracted through the hotel, the...

WOW... now I know why people talk about the Ritz like they do. Amazing hotel! Had the opportunity to stay here for 3 weeks straight while on military duty. It's attached to a 3 story mall!!!!! When I would go for a run, I would be greeted at the hotel door with a towel and a bottle of water. The...

We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington DC, very nice hotel and relaxing. Had Room service one morning, very good food! Also very convenient to walk to shopping/Sight seeing or even to get a coffee from Starbucks. This trip we walked to go to a couple of museums!

This new addition to the K street corridor/ DuPont Circle area is fantastic. The service is great and the quality of the decor and amenities is unmatched in DC. Extremely happy with my choice. I wish I had more time to go next door to the Equinox Gym/Spa. I will be back.

Amazing service and accommodations from the moment we walked in. Arriving far earlier than we anticipated we clearly expected to leave our luggage and have lunch and check in later. Instead we were greeted cheerfully - and informed we have been expecting you please follow the valet to your room. Once inside our room, Xavier pointed out the main aspects...

Nearly everything about this stay was perfect, particularly with regard to the room, the comfortable bed, the cleanliness, the polite and professional staff (something uncommon for DC). The check in process was a bit slow, but the champagne nearly made up for it. However, I was embarrassed for the guest causing the delayed check in who couldn't get his ATM...

This place, in my opinion, is the best place to stay in DC by far! I love the staff. They greet you with a warm wash cloth and drinks. The rooms are spacious and the robe is cozy. This is also a great location as its not far from restaurants, shopping areas, and other historic attractions. I definitely recommend this...

Stayed here with the family in July. What an experience! The check in was great! Had a glass of champagne whilst waiting for the checkin formalities, and the children had cookies. The room was large and comfortable. Everything was clean and nice. Breakfast at the westend bistro was absolutely fabulous. Not a buffet menu but a-la-carte. We celebrated my wife's...
