Lovely looking hotel from the outside and great first impressions when entering. Greeted by the receptionist who was very nice and give a complementary tea and hot towel. Restaurant is very nice but slightly expensive. 200 dollars for the 5 of us for burger and chips. Burger was asked to be medium but was served VERY RARE! Rooms are amazing...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

My only complaints are first world problems- the mini fridge was too loud, the hair dryer broke, the bar was too noisy. The important things were all present and all the little things made the difference. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Check in was a breeze and after a long plane ride it was nice to not...

I was pretty disappointed with this hotel. There is no self parking options, the front desk was understaffed on a Saturday afternoon. The front desk agent was a trainee and couldn't locate the reservation, then didn't know how to assign a different room other than what was already assigned. We had to wait 15 minutes before she could get someone...

This is a beautiful facility with incredible service. Friendly, prompt, easy-going, Also a great value. The room was nice size, had a great view of the Washington Monument and the Potomac River. Slightly off the beaten path so there isn't much traffic. Worth the visit and the bit of extra cash for the room.

I stay at the Mandarin in Washington once a year when I attend a legislative summit. The combination of the welcome, great service, comfortable/inviting lobby, beautiful room and amenities, and spa (the hot tub is large, the lighting is dim - I love it) make the annual stay one I truly look forward to. The meeting rooms and catering are...

I come here each year for a work conference and the Mandarin never disappoints. Everyone from the friendly check-in and welcome tea to the restaurants staff are 5-star and more. The rooms are beautifully and classically appointed with no signs of wear or lack of upkeep - always immaculate. Location is great whether you're hear for a an official "hill"...

A very nice, quite, full-service hotel that offers quality dining, service and great rooms. Highly recommend if in the DC area and available. The room was very quiet and had all the amenities. We came to the MO for a one night stay and a birthday dinner. The hotel is in a great location very close to many of the Washington Monuments and a short walk from the Metro. The Mandarin was the hotel my company held their conference in. The restaurant on premise was divine. I had a very tasty filet mignon. A great hotel room with a lot of cable channels - perfect for surfing after all the meetings. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were superb. I didn't have time to sightsee because of work, so I...
