We stayed at this property for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was quiet and the standard room we got was very roomy. (In fact, there was much more room than we needed for such a short stay.) The National Mall is within walking distance and it's a quick cab ride from the airport. Would definitely stay...

Our family of five stayed at this hotel in late December 2014. The hotel is really well located for the mall- a short stroll. We were provided an up grade to a two bedroom suite which very comfortably accommodated the three teenagers. The room was roomy with 3 televisions ( another crowd pleaser) and while we did not use them...

My family and I stayed here so we could visit the National Mall. I am immensely impressed with this hotel. The staff is awesome. They had great recommendations to eat and attractions to see. When I think of a 'free hot breakfast', I assume they have bagels and a toaster. This is not the case here. If you can't find...

On par with the Marriott brand this residence inn is another high quality outstanding property! Again the staff is just amazing! Doug the manager especially is so friendly and welcoming! While I was there we developed a really good rappore which I sincerely enjoyed! He and the rest of his "a-team" are so helpful, they go out of their way...

I was there to spend some time with some girlfriends and tour the city. This hotel was walking distance from the national mall and most attractions and the metro station was right around the corner for easy transportation. The concierge, Richard was AMAZING and had great suggestions of what to see, do and eat while we were in town. I...

Your property did wonders to restore some faith in the Marriott brand name. I had abysmal stays in San Juan, PR and St. Thomas, VI last month and was ready to shift my loyalty programs after 118 nights last year. From prior to our visit until the very end of the week, your staff was exceptional, accommodating and professional. Doug...

A cardboard box under an overpass can charge $200 a night in DC. But come on. Clean sheets, decent pillows and unbroken furniture ain't really good enough. It's not filthy, it's just not great. The shower was hot and the staff was very friendly. I just think the residence inn rooms are tough to keep clean and well maintained. I...

My husband and I had an opportunity to vacation in D.C. on Jan. 2 -4 without our 11-year old son, and our stay here met our every need. Our room (1020) was perfect for us...a view of the Capitol (floor to ceiling corner window)was great and an overhead view of several well-utilized train tracks was particularly cool for my husband,...

We chose the Residence Inn for our 2-night trip to DC because we had 5 people in our group and needed a larger room. For this reason we chose a 1 bedroom suite with a pull out couch and kitchen. The beds were comfortable enough and we didn't hear much noise from the street below (We were on the 11th...

Hello Traveler, Thank you for choosing to stay with us this holiday season. And thank you for offering your feedback on our hotel. As you mentioned in your review, we have been quite busy these past few weeks. I am very sorry to hear about the smell in the room. I don't know what it could be attributed to but...

The Residence inn started off very well with permitting us early check in when we arrived. We had a suite which was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed having a kitchen with a fridge, stove top, microwave, and dishwasher, especially for left overs. This hotel is within walking distance to the National Mall, the Capitol, and a number of Smithsonian...
